Luis did an outstanding job replacing a broken water inlet valve to our washing machine. He, also, replaced all 3 valves that I requested on our shower. The valves now operate very smoothly. I was clueless about who to call when I suspected a slab leak. Luckily my insurance agent suggested this company. So, I booked 24-hour emergency plumbing services to accurately locate the leak and fix the issue quickly. Their customer service is excellent. The professionals came to assist me in 60 minutes. They gave me an estimate right up front. I was ready with their course of action as it was in my budget. They are absolutely the best!

Chris provided excellent service. He was extremely polite and courteous. He quickly gave me a fair quotation and cleared the drain in a matter of minutes. Too bad the service app had him waiting for 45 minutes to close the transaction. Recommended. Will used again.

The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

He replaced my bathroom faucet but needed a small part so I could hook up my Kengen water machine. He even went down to Ace to get the part, very nice man I would call him again.
