2 things are great about this company, their end products and customer service. Even though we ran into some hiccups, they tried their best to accommodate me and make me happy. I would definitely use them again, and recommend this company to friends and families.

The company ghosted me after coming out to my home to take a look.The person on the phone and the guy who came out were polite and helped answer questions, even explaining that they don't do mini-split installs anymore due to liability issues.In the end, I guess the work didn't amount to much, so they figured it wasn't worth even an email to let me know they wouldn't be interested. It gives bad business vibes when you can't even conduct simple communication like, We appreciate you contacting us, but we're not able to assist you email.

After many years of living with inadequate heat and no AC, we decided to replace the original heater with a new unit for both heat and AC. We had a number of contractors provide proposals, but Carini was the best----they inspected the old ductwork, discovered some leaks, and recommended a quality system. They have great techs to install the system---Nick did an excellent job for us----and best of all----the system works as it should! We're comfy warm in winter and blessedly cool in Santa Ana's.
