Joseph was AMAZING! He opened the wall, found the source of water loss from my pipe, obtained the needed parts, and despite a complicated effort to remove and install a new pipe, he stayed into the evening until he was finished. Joseph went above and beyond, and I am so grateful that he did such a great job and my problem is solved.

Service was great! Alex did great job and informed me of price prior to starting any additional services needed which was much appreciated. He left everything cleaner than how he found it and was great in communicating with me why the additional services had to take place is well is giving me the option to decline the service.

Mr Rooter technician arrived on time and quickly found and removed the main line blockage. They then showed me where the blockage occurred with their camera.

We had to call an emergency plumber today. This company was very nice, professional, and responsive. They didn’t even charge us for coming out, since we didn’t need any repairs right now. Looks like we may need some repairs soon though, and we plan to call this company.

Jacob and his team were insanely helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. We were in a serious plumbing situation and they were able to address and remedy it in a timely matter (even when the first few plans of action didn’t take care of the problem). If we have any other questions or concerns, they’ll be the first people we call.

This is the second time Ryan has saved us. First was an overflowing toilet; today was a dishwasher with a clogged line. We have selected Ryan to do a major plumbing install on bathroom remodel.

Mauricio and Emilio were great. After they started the project, we ran into unforeseen issues with how badly our pipes had rotted out. They were able to keep the cost of the project the same and Mauricio did an excellent job of communicating with me at each step of the process. I couldn’t have been happier with this experience.

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

Efficient, professional and effective.

Jesse came to clear my drain on a clogged sink. He worked really hard to get through the line, I could hear that something was blocking it. He was finally able to break through, but wanted to check with a camera. He called me out and showed me the build up in the pipe. He recommended the pipes get hydro cleaned and there was still a big blockage. It was like rock that was really stuck in there. They had to run and get another machine and told me if they could not clear it out, they would not charge me the additional money that it was going to cost. They were successful and I was quite pleased with that. They showed me everything with the video, and were up front with the problems and solutions. Jesse worked hard on trying to get this taken care of. His supervisor Isiah was also very helpful, explained everything and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. I was hesitant to call a plumber to check my clogged drain, but I did so and it turned out that my shower was leaking from the base of the shower. I called Easy Flow Sewer & Drain and they were able to quickly come over to take care of my problem. The process was painless and they fixed it quickly.

Luis and Paul were wonderful. They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable and got the job done efficiently. They answered all of our questions and we will have them back to back to resolve another issue that has plagued us for years. I only want the best professionals working in our home and they exceeded our expectations. We previously had another electrician come out to perform this installation. He did half the job and then said he couldn’t install one of the fixtures as it wasn’t compatible with what our set up was. We then tried to get him to come back to resolve the issue and he would never call us back. You get what you pay for so always hire the best the FIRST time.
