Powers is a great company under new management and it really shows! My home was built in 1953 on a slab with cast iron pipes so I am no stranger to plumbing issues. I have dealt with a lot of different companies over the years but this one is exceptional. They have new top of the line equipment, excellent customer service, punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and got the job done! Highly recommend!

Installed a temporary water heater while damage to my garage is getting addressed. They,ll be back to install the new water heater when’s the contractors are done. At this point I’m highly satisfied with the work so far.Advice: If your water heater goes out and Home Depot schedules Delta Mechanical to come out. Run away.

Tony was the plumber assigned to fix the running toilet I had, he also fixed the one in the hallway that was dripping water from the tank. He showed-up on time, was very polite and professional.I have a shoe-less home, he was very accommodating in my request for him to use booties. He analyzed both situations quickly and educated me as to what the problem was and what repairs needed to to be done. He was efficient and had all the tools and parts needed to complete all of the repairs. I was very pleased with how quickly the entire project was finished and completed. And I really LOVE THE USE OF THE BOOTIES!!!!

All around perfect experience. Paws ended up installing a new tankless water heater for me. Paws was one of the few companies who came out to my house for a free consultation, every other company was charging just to come out. Would highly recommend.

I had a really good experience with this company. I was trying to save money on getting a new toilet installed. They were the best price I found after calling 4 other companies. But wait there's more. With a good price also came good service! Which is kinda hard to find. The service technician didn't drag out the appointment, he was very informative, and left my bathroom better than he found it. I definitely will be using them again!!!!!!!

They came to unclog the sewer lateral. They came as it was scheduled and the job was perfectly done. They also inspected the sewer line by camera and located the pipe blockage. Since the pipe issue was beyond my property line they helped me to report the issue to city. I’ll recommend them to others.
