Josh took care of this leaky faucet issue quickly and responded with working with my schedule. The cost was less than another vendor that contacted me and the receptionist and Josh were very polite to me. Covid safety guidelines followed and repairs explained and part replaced shown.

I contacted Powers Plumbing in Mission Hills for a plumbing issue in my shower and they were very responsive both by phone and text message. The technician they sent, Jonathan, was very nice, prompt, professional and hard-working.

Larry was courteous and professional and educational when teaching my how to clean/maintain my own plumbing needs if I choose to.Because of his expertise, we tried to actually find more work for him to fix to get his opinion on other issues, besides my initial dishwasher drainage problem.I am very grateful for his work , and he actually saved me a lot of time.

Our water heater leaked and we needed a replacement ASAP. Having made negative experiences with a plumber in the past, we wanted to call Bill Howe because of the commercials. If they don't know how, then who, right? The lady on the phone who scheduled the appointment was very professional and sweet. She sent Andrew, the technician, out the very next day. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and on time. He worked in a timely manner and clean. We are a small animal rescue and Andrew was kind toward them as well. This was a very positive experience, and we will make sure to recommend Bill Howe because you really know how!

7am: Woke up to a cold shower, and confirmed our suspicions the water tank had retired from service life. Not ideal, but boiling the kettle for baths is not sustainable.10am: So I searched on Yelp, found Paws Plumbing, and they responded immediately. Scheduled a free inspection/quotation.1:00pm: Keith and Mike arrived, on time! After I approved the quote, they started right away. Replaced our Hot Water Tank, disposed of the old one, and talked me through some basic troubleshooting.4:30pm: Hot water flowing only 3.5 hours after they arrived! Great work, very friendly guys, and i'm grateful to have found Paws Plumbing !! Big thanks to Hailey, Will, Keith and Mike.Enjoyed every minute of working with your team, which helped make paying the invoice enjoyable too!

We called looking for an emergency plumber to come to our home. A water main had broken and water was gushing out! The service personnel that we spoke with on the phone let us know that the plumber was not available until after 5 (on a Sunday) because he was out in another job. However, she would see if he could call and assist us with shutting the water off. The plumber DID call and walk through the steps of shutting the water off. He even FacedTimed with us and we showed him what the area looked like and he guided us. We’re so grateful for his assistance!! We have to go through our warranty to get it fixed, but we are enterally grateful for the plumbers assistance as well as the friendly service personnel that took our call. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I called Exodus to address a smelling kitchen sink and got an appointment right away. Mauricio came to fix a leaky pipe under the sink which fixed the problem. Exodus always responds quickly and the people that come are always pleasant and highly trained.

If you are looking for a competent, honest plumber then you need to call Steve Fox, his crew is well trained and gives great customer service and they do not try and sell you a bunch of stuff you do not need

Danial was fantastic, did an inspection to check why I’ve been smelling mildew smell from my pumps. He did a thorough check, cleaned hair out of my pipes and even scoped out the vents from the roof with a camera. All for the cost of the diagnostic. He didn’t find anything to fix beyond that (thank goodness), but I feel like it was well worth the value of the diagnostic visit…which was the most competitive rate I got for a plumber visit. Will be using this company again.

Roberto was extremely helpful to advise on a problem kitchen faucet hose replacement and allowed me to better understand the trade-offs of different approaches. I ended up getting the entire kitchen faucet replaced and throughout the entire install, Roberto checked in to make sure that I was happy with everything. He was incredibly professional and friendly. He made the whole process enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Vlad is awesome! He was very responsive, and was able to communicate via text which I love with my crazy work schedule. Also, one of the only plumbers willing to come in the evening hours if you work a long work day like me. I work 7-4 and can't have anyone here in the day. Vlad came out at 5pm to do the initial appointment, and 7pm to replace my faucet. This made my life so much easier and stress free knowing I didn't have to take time off of work to get my faucet fixed! He even went so far as to help me move my TV stand out of my home and down several flights of stairs. He saw me struggling and didn't hesitate to help. He went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

The Community Plumbing team is absolutely amazing - we've used them a handful of times for our kitchen sink, dishwasher, shower, bath faucet, and bathroom sink; basically, anything water-related in our home. They've fixed it all with no fuss, no mess, superb quality, and incredibly reasonable prices. Scheduling with them is easy and they always arrive when they say they will. One of my favorite things about them is they are truly community-focused. They know people around town, they have friends and connections, and they truly care about the community they live/work in. Supporting local important and they carry the Community name well. I could gush about them for a long time, but they're really good plumbers and they might not like things that gush.
