Core Plumbing was recommended to me by some colleagues. I used their convenient online scheduling to set an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised that appointments were available in my desired time frame.Zach and his apprentice arrived on time and reviewed all of my plumbing systems to advise me on any additional work I might consider. He provided good advice on the urgency of some preventative maintenance. He did not try to push additional services but made sure I was well educated on aspects that I should keep my eye on.They then proceeded to perform the original work I had requested (faucet replacement and replacement of angle stops, along with removal of a screw for the shower cleanout cover that had snapped due to corrosion).I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the way they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use Core Plumbing again.

My technician, Jason, was prompt and helpful. He preformed both the estimate and installation.When we agreed the work should be done, we set a date and window of time for the work.Jason kept in contact with me throughout the installation day with his estimated time of arrival, even when he was delayed he was still there within the time window.The installation went smooth and quick, even with the required attic installation. Clearly he demonstrated knowledgeable expertise in his field. I already have asked him to return to repair a broken cast iron pipe cleanout. Roberto was extremely helpful to advise on a problem kitchen faucet hose replacement and allowed me to better understand the trade-offs of different approaches. I ended up getting the entire kitchen faucet replaced and throughout the entire install, Roberto checked in to make sure that I was happy with everything. He was incredibly professional and friendly. We've used AR twice, once for a leaking hot water heater that needed replacement that day. They did that very professionally that same day (I called late morning, it was done by 5 pm). We also had some evaluation and work on our water regulator valve and some shower fixture install work. All done professionally and all explained to us.

Robert and Andrea were supper helpful very good at communicating made me feel at ease with my flood wonderful work performed will definitely be using again .
