Best New Heat Pump in San Diego CA

I wanted to leave this review for the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I needed to install a sink in my garage and was completely out of my skill set to complete it myself. Victor came over and game me a free estimate. Unfortunately the work was a little more than I was willing to pay since I will not be at this residence for much longer but that is because of my ignorance of how much is involved to make it happen. These guys are total professionals and I just wanted to thank them for making the time to help me understand what I'm facing with this project and treating me as valuable even though I chose not to commit at the time. You can guarantee I will call then when I'm ready to go forward at my new residence. Highly recommended!

Josh was excellent. He was at our house immediately to take care of emergency leak that we had. He was able to fix the problem within 1 hour.We have used them on our other properties, and we will continue to do so.

Great Company. I'm amazed at their service. We've been using Core Plumbing for a while for our properties at work. Today I had them come out to tackle a tough clogged drain. They've always been able to handle our plumbing needs (clogged drains and all). Today though, after three hours the drain was still not unclogged, and their new heavy-duty machine actually broke on the roots (thick roots) - see photo of broken drain cleaning machine. Even though they hadn't fixed it, I was expecting to pay a hefty price for the three hours of labor, and the service call. However, Zak said he wasn't gonna charge me because he hadn't solved the problem!I've very rarely met a company that backs their work with that type of genuine ethics.You guys are the best!

I had Bill Howe provide lining services and replace some cast iron with new abs. All their lead plumbers on the job were great (shout out to Mike and Scott). The techs and managers know what they are doing - I never felt like I was being squeezed for money for unnecessary repairs, unlike other plumbing companies. Bull Howe understands their customer needs! They left the job site clean. Would definitely use again for other plumbing related needs!

My technician ERIC went so far above and beyond to the impossible job possible! If I could rate him more than a 5 stars I would—he deserves 1M stars! I have used Collins Pacific Plumbing on three occasions. First, they gave me a fair price on a new hot water heater. They installed it correctly. When the automatic pilot light didn't light automatically, they immediately ordered a new part (under warranty) and installed it. Then, I upgraded my gas meter. I hired Collins Pacific to unhook all my gas appliances, wait for a contractor to test the pressure in the pipes, and reattach the appliances after the new meter had been installed. They were the same price as others, but they included extra services in the price. Finally, an outside hose bib would not shut off. It was leaking about two gallons of water per hour. Some other plumbers wouldn't come out the same day, or would charge me an emergency call fee. Not Collins Pacific; they came out the same day and fixed the problem (a new hose bib had to be soldered on the copper pipe) and the price charged was very reasonable. They are now my go-to guys for all plumbing issues. Aaron has always been my contact; he is responsive, efficient and very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong if you give them a shot.

I want to genuinely thank EZ Plumbing USA for saving my house from the nasty slab leak. Moulds had covered my house when I called them after reading their reviews. I wanted to give the work to someone responsible and they seemed a trustworthy organisation. They gave me a 30 minute overview of the work and quoted the budget. It suited me so we went ahead. Their team took care of the slab leak detection and repair alone and it never bothered me again. Thank you!

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

Responsive and professional.

Called RS for our clogged drains. The technician Guillermo was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly got them unclogged and was very respectful in keeping our house floors clean and he even wore booties on his shoes. Really appreciate their professional service.

Aaron & Luis professionally installed my new level 2 EV charger in half the time I expected, despite my strange wall/home layout and routing challenges. They also minimized drywall penetrations so that my touch-up sanding/painting job would be easy. The cost was fair and the work was sound; I can't ask for more than that.

Came out within a couple hours of calling. Very professional team. We’ve used other companies in the past, and this one is by far the most professional. Willing to answer any questions, same day quotes, and included us on the team text for updates with the project. Will definitely use again (if need be:)
