Luis did an outstanding job replacing a broken water inlet valve to our washing machine. He, also, replaced all 3 valves that I requested on our shower. The valves now operate very smoothly. He was very fast and efficient and completed the task within a reasonable timeand cost. We will definitely use Power’sPlumbing in the future if any plumbing problemsoccur. Joseph was very knowledgeable, efficient, and on time unclogging a duel bathroom sink setup. Also was very helpful with preventive and maintenance advice.

Service guy showed up about 90 minutes after I initially called and right on time. He quickly identified the problem and about 20 minutes later he had the drain freely draining.I was charged the exact price I was quoted. An all-around great experience.

Charlie came promptly when he promised, armed with the parts he needed to fix our broken shut off valve.. and stayed to fix out bathtub when he was done. He went above and beyond, making another trip for parts, and working hard to save money by repairing a hard to replace valve. His prices were reasonable, he was friends, and cleaned up any and all messes, staying late just to sweep up the dust. Will definitely call him again, and couldn't recommend him any more highly!

My shower stopped working and James Kim from Collins Pacific was excellent! He diagnosed and fixed the problem and even went and double check the pressure. Another company easily could have taken advantage or overcharged me, but Collins Pacific was fair, honest, and extremely competent. I would highly recommend them.

Daniel was great to work with when it came to fixing both a minor leak for my kitchen sink and a broken toilet. It is always hard to find great quality work and even harder to find great quality people. Honest and transparent about the work, cost and time it was going to take to complete the repairs. When the work was complete he was patient enough to go over what fixes him made and pointed out any other things to look out for. Really appreciated the time he took in making sure the repairs were done right and his professionalism top notch. Will definitely recommend Black Mtn. and Daniel to friends and family!

The Plumbing Tree has been a pleasure to work with! I had them replace two 1980s toilets that were super small and leaky. The options in terms of toilet replacement were great and high quality. Toto toilets are well known so I knew I was getting a quality product and installation with Plumbing Tree. I joined their Customer Program which included an en-longated warranty on the equipment and a 10% on total cost of work. Also the pricing was all inclusive. Cost of equipment and work was already factored in and knowing the costs of Toto toilets I thought it was well worth the price! Not to mention Tony and office staff were super easy to work with. Great team, honestly, I know I'll be working them whenever I have any plumbing work that needs to be done. I am going to replace some sinks soon, and re-do laundry connections at some point as well. So I'm definitely going to use their Customer Program! I highly recommend Plumbing Tree!!

Anthony is an absolute lifesaver! A real honest and skilled plumber who cares about helping you out.I accidentally dropped my engagement ring down the shower drain at 10 pm on a Saturday. Over the phone, Anthony gave me clear information about what he’d do to retrieve it, how much he would charge, and when he’d be able to get to my (in laws) house.Anthony arrived promptly and was able to retrieve the ring! He explained everything he was doing. He used a method that didn’t damage our pipes at all which I really appreciate!Would definitely recommend Anthony and his team for all your plumbing needs!

My home is over 50 years old and as a result, remodeling requires vendors that have that expertise. Usually if not, they tend to oversell remedies that aren't always necessary. I have found Point Loma E&P to not only NOT oversell, but to be honest, transparent and economical with their pricing. I have had an electrical survey, electrical repairs & plumbing repairs. They even turned me on to other vendors with similar practices for remodeling services that they do not handle in-house. Overall, I feel extremely lucky to have found Point Loma E&P and have tossed business cards of like vendors. Whether you have an older home or not.... Brian is always super friendly and diligent about thoroughly checking out my heating and air conditioning unit, as well as suggesting maintenance that I can do myself to prolong the life of the unit. He is also happy to answer all my questions about heating and air conditioning and spends lots of time explaining the system to me.

Called Andrew around 9:30pm. Drain throughout house was not going down. He shows up and knew exactly what to do. Lucky for us, we have a clean out in front of the house where he was able to run his main line cleaner through.
