My wife contacted them the day before about the gas valve and told me how great they were as well as the person who came out Jose was a veteran and super nice. That night when I came home we had some issues with the water heater. I called up Jose and he picked up and help guided me through what I need to do. In the end I couldn’t get it to work. He stop by the next morning out of his own time and help us fix the heater and explained to my wife what I needed to do for the next time. He was so helpful and gave us a great deal because we were both veterans! If anyone who needs plumbing that I know of I will always recommend them to discount plumbing! Very professional- on time

My toilet accidentally overflowed causing water damage to my unit and the neighboring unit.I didn’t know a plumber and contacted one recommended to me by another worker on the property.The plumber was from a different company, came out and rebuilt my toilet with new parts, but even after I had the work confirmed by a leak detection company as having “NO Leaks”, the Restoration company observed the toilet leaking under the tank. This was within 3 weeks of the repairs from a plumber I couldn’t find a license number for or on BBB.I did a google search and found Core Plumbing with a BBB rating of A+ and good reviews. The owner, Don, spoke to me over the phone and listened to my situation and status of construction and repairs. He recommended work could be done upon completion of reconstruction.My situation was somewhat unusual and challenging as my neighbor had threatened to sue me over an “accident” and my being subjected to her emotional and reactive behavior with her writing the HOA and telling them lies.Needless to say, with this stress and the added stress of covid and people coming in and out my unit, it took every ounce of my energy to remain positive and take care of the issues at hand.Core Plumbing/Don and his crew were understanding as I told them not to discuss anything with neighbors. They were professional and knew their craft.Eric took pride in his work and is very ethical and professional. Don made recommendations to assure I would receive the best product and service.Tim and his helper made sure all residents in the building were notified of a possible water shut off and preparing for the return work.Upon removal of the toilet, Don recommended a new flange to assure the new toilet was seated properly as the old one was worn and sunk in.This involved another procedure which included another day to wait and I was without my only toilet overnight.Don and Eric returned the next day and not only did they do a beautiful job installing and testing the product, they took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had.Because of the “sensitivity” of my situation to make sure there would be no further leaks, all steps during the process was inspected by owner Don and I learned the difference between real professional plumbers and the first gentleman I used.Don went out of his way going beyond what he was required to do to make sure I was taken care of and felt safe with a new toilet and professional installation.Thank you! I recommended them highly! Plumbing isn’t a cheap service and if you need to get plumbing done, it would be best to call the best company and avoid unnecessary costs later!I learned my lesson with the first guy and could have used that money elsewhere. I want to thank Elite Rooter for saving the day. I have been plagued by a slow bathroom drain for the last year. I knew I needed to do something. This morning it was so slow I kid of laughed to myself that one of these times it is not going to clear. Little did I know that 20-minutes later I would see it hadn't budged.I wasn't too worried. I had watched half a dozen You Tube videos so I was confident that I could use my $10 drain snake and get it going in no time. The first few steps went so well, I was already celebrating. Unfortunately, when I was done, it was not only still jammed up but the water was kind of cruddy and gross. I knew it was time to call a pro.It was a Saturday so the only thing to be grateful for was that it wasn't Sunday with even higher rates. My first search, top of the list was Elite Rooter with a $79 drain special. I was thrilled because the last tie I needed a plumber it was $120 minimum which I would have gladly paid just to be able to brush my teeth in the bathroom again.I called them and was able to get a 12:00 - 2:00 service widow which was perfect. Shortly after, I got a heads up call from Robert that he was on the way. I figured I wouldn't hear anything til 1:45 and it wasn't even noon yet.I'm always anxious when I have to deal with car repairmen and plumbers but when Robert showed up I knew I had nothing to worry about. He was great. He explained everything that he would be doing assured me he would get it taken care of.I was smart enough to get out of his way and let him do his work and it couldn't have been more than twenty minutes and he was pretty much done. He showed me how my drains were really gummed up from years of use. He got it reamed out good and made some recommendations for some more proactive maintenance so I can avoid these kinds of reactive rescues.When I am ready to do it, I know who I am going to call. I called their office early the day after Thanksgiving for a clogged kitchen sink. Ruth got back to me quickly to confirm they had a team available in the afternoon. She called me again to let me know when they would be arriving. Cesar and Josh arrived and quickly assessed the problem. They began working and always maintained safety precautions.I had purchased a disposal that caused extra work and time for them, but they came up with a solution, created new piping and completed the work as quickly as possible. They cleaned up everything and sanitized the area before leaving.While there, Cesar also repaired a toilet and discussed another issue I have with a washer and dryer installation.They were so friendly, professional and helpful.
