Bill Howe were quick to come to the scene and do the job with our property. And from the pictures reviewed (haven't been able to see them personally, but through AIM Realty who recommended them) they did a good and thorough job.However, they did not communicate with us (the co-owners on the house) about the costs, and we each ended up signing a contract (that's right, two separate contracts) that they basically tried to muscle their way into getting every cent from them. They wouldn't even respond to me when I asked them to clarify the price owed, rather I got a response from them about 5 months later through the lawyer they hired.So, the co-owner on the house felt they were charging an excessive amount and didn't want to pay it. Personally, they did not communicate with me at all about how much the total cost would be, or that they were exceeding the estimated rate.Anyway, we ended up settling for a smaller amount then they demanded and they paid for their lawyer's fees.

I had a great experience with them. 2 days ago I called them to find the leak in my house. I reached to several companies, but they didn't find the leak accurately, but their plumber named John did the best job. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing work.

Beware!! Do not do business with these guys. They will rip you off, over charge, and once you sign there's nothing you can do.I just needed a garbage disposal replaced. What shouldve only cost about $250, ended up costing me $1200+. At first they said it would cost $500 with a 10% off if i did it now, since i wanted it done right there I said ok without getting any other quotes. 20 minutes into the fix, they said I had more problems, which was never a problem before. So they put pressure on me to continue the service and add on the other fix.The final bill came and it was $900 for parts and labor. They told me they installed the best disposal on the market. I googled it and it was the cheapest. A $100 king. I asked the guy why he put the cheapest disposal in and that it only cost $100 online. He went up in flames, demaded a check and forced me to sign the contract before he left. I signed, gave him a check and they left.After they were finished, i saw that my brand new floors were scratched. I was so upset a put a stop on the check. They then put a lein on my house. I didnt want to deal with the stress of taking them to court so I paid the $900, plus another $300 to release the lein.Do not do business with these guys. They will price guage you and cause you more problems

Exodus Pluming found and repaired a major water leak, Emilio and his team took about an hour and a half to find and repair the leak.

We needed to hook up our dishwasher, our fridge's icemaker, and install new water supply lines as well. We called Almco for a second opinion and both Danial & Jorge were incredibly friendly, professional and communicative from start to finish! Adam was the right guy for the job! He is an experienced and a highly skilled plumber. He replaced the cartridges on my bathroom sink faucets and the tub/shower faucet. Adam was extremely efficient and meticulous. He is also a very pleasant and erudite gentleman.

I requested an appointment to service my Kitchen Drain and was said to that it will be serviced the day of. Received a call saying they had to reschedule to 2 days later. Accepted the new appointment which was to be between 10am-2pm - Service employee called to say they will arrive at 2pm but never did. Waited 2 hours with no response. I am 100% disappointed with this service and if you're looking for a guaranteed better experience with your plumbing needs, I would suggest not utilizing this organization as they will leave you hanging with no response or follow up.

Vlad came really fast on a Saturday to help us with a leak. He was really helpful, informative, and did excellent work. Would definitely recommend!
