I requested a quote through Yelp to several providers and Team Rooter was one of the first to respond. Scheduling was a breeze. Our technician, Andrew, was able to come out the same day later that afternoon. He did a comprehensive analysis of the plumbing problems. He was honest, personable, and thorough. We received a fair estimate without upselling and once we agreed, he completed the work quickly. He also gave us estimates for other work we inquired about that didn't need to be done at that moment, but in the near future. I would highly recommend Team Rooter and will definitely be calling them again for our future plumbing needs

It is obvious that this company cares about its customers. We had technicians install new ducts for us, and they were outstanding. They went out of their way to keep us informed about what they were doing, and to make sure we were satisfied with their work. The technicians also made sure that the house was as clean (if not cleaner) after they were done. True professionals. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend this company. Fantastic Company.

Mike and his team were awesome. We had a gas leak and SDG&E shut off the gas supply. Mike arrived literally a couple of hours later, gave us a quote and scheduled work the next day. The repair involved digging 2-3 feet deep to replace the gas line. After the work was done they put our garden and plants back and you would never know they were here. Overall outstanding work and we will not hesitate to use Mike again.

Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

Ryan is all of the above and more. No nonsense, personable, efficient, proper diagnosis for our situation. He quoted us a fair price and stuck to it. I will use no one else! We upgraded to a bidet toilet. Wonderful addition!

I want to genuinely thank EZ Plumbing USA for saving my house from the nasty slab leak. Moulds had covered my house when I called them after reading their reviews. I wanted to give the work to someone responsible and they seemed a trustworthy organisation. They gave me a 30 minute overview of the work and quoted the budget. It suited me so we went ahead. Rooter Solutions cleared my clog, they had to work hard to do, but still honored their $68. Ad price my pipes are old & in the next few months or so, should have additional work, but having running water & toilet today is huge, Ty to RS!!

Never thought that my shower drain could be fixed until I called your service. Your team was able to send a professional technician to fix my problem and even offered to help clean up afterwards.

Manny was professional and did a great job at fixing the leaks underneath the bathroom sinks. He also unclogged the kitchen/bathroom drain pipe. It was insightful when he showed the real-time image of the build-up in the drain line that was causing the clog. Also, he was able to repair the toilet bowl flushing apparatus. Water-flow shuts off automatically now when the toilet bowl is flushed? Definitely a satisfied customer!

We had a sewer backup on a weekend and ARS got us on the schedule for a drain snake on a Sunday. Ruben was very kind, quick, and professional (and was great with our excitable dog). He and his supervisor came back the next day to inspect our drain and propose a repair and they were both great. Service was extremely reasonable. We'll be adding Ruben and ARS to our toolbox of contractors from now on!
