During the start of the pandemic our heat and air-conditioning system went out. We contacted Bill Howe Plumbing Heating and Air-conditioning and had an estimate for the replacement of the system within a week. The system that they installed surpassed our expectations, was completed on time, corrected all the issues we had and included an exceptional warranty. Came promptly and found the gas leak almost immediately. Professional service, they arranged all the necessary red tape to get our gas service back.

Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

The plumbing was not working for my apartments. I called American Plumbing and they were here within the hour, and they fixed the leak, Would definitely recommend.

I had a major kitchen sink clog (beyond the trap and further down the line) and requested quotes and from a number of 5-star reviewed plumbers in the area. Exodus was quick to respond and scheduled an appointment in order to provide a quote. Mauricio arrived at the scheduled time, provided the most reasonable quote and cleared the not-so-easy clog in due time. I also asked him to look at another plumbing issue, which he assessed and suggested it wasn't an immediate concern, which saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism and will be using Exodus for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

Victor was amazing! My fiancé and I got into a project that went wrong fast! We tried to replace a shower handle and the cartridge broke and got stuck! This happened at 8pm on Saturday night. I contacted Victor and he came over quickly and fixed it! He was able to remove the cartridge and hw did not try to upsell me! (Unlike the other 2 plumbers I spoke to) He was honest, nice, friendly and super funny. I would totally recommend him!!

My normal plumber wasn’t able to come out soon enough, so I decided to give Almco a try. I was able to book online easily and got a call back within a few minutes. They were able to come when I needed them. Jorge even showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. My sink is fixed and I will use them again for sure.
