I am a returning customer. This time I had a constantly running toilet. There was an issue with the flush system, but PIC plumbing was extremely professional and quick to quickly resolve it and most importantly did not charge me a dime. That shows they are not here ONLY for the money. They believe is retaining customers for a lifetime.

Very helpfully, he aided us in prioritizing what to fix, and how best to fix different problems. All without using any jargon and always clearly explaining how things work. He was promptly available to come work in our house, and was very punctual.

Well...where to begin...Mr. Mauricio Orozco is the quintessential professional and an equally personable individual.He, in his quiet, unpretentious and informative tone explained all that my problems entailed and my options.I found him to be straightforward without being an alarmist.The work was done with attention to detail. He had shoe coverings so not to soil my carpets. He had coverings for my floors where he would have to walk back and forth and towels upon which to lay his tools so as not to scratch my surfaces and tiles.And his results were what I was most happy with.The complicated shower and valve system that he was able to figure out..finally gave me hot AND cold water after the failed attempts of other plumbers.He also worked on and repaired a stopped up drain and replaced some damaged pipes.Mr. OROZCO is a fully licensed plumber with ID and a professional business vehicle.I cannot rate him high enough and will call on him with any future plumbing needs without equivocation or hesitation.Sincerely,Maria

I had a leak in my shower that started as a small drip and became a steady stream in about a weeks time. So I called Fox Plumbing. I spoke with Nicole in the office. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. As for cost it was very reasonable. Absolute 5 stars! Fox Plumbing is your new go to Plumbing company.

Needed to find a drain cleaning service. I was struggling with what to do and I needed some professional advice. I began looking online for help and stumbled across Easy Flow Sewer & Drain. They had a lot of positive reviews and seemed new in the industry. This confirmed my decision to call them and I called today. They were efficient at coming out, did an excellent job, and were very nice!

Rolando, Michael and Hugo did an excellent work for electric, cable and internet rewiring and installing additional recessed LED lights in our house. They are professional, caring and friendly. We would recommend them without reservation.

Miguel was fantastic installing our tankless water heater. The company itself? I'd rather just deal with Miguel. He should go into business for himself. A great guy, very professional, and knowledgeable. The company does not trust the client or the employee. After we signed the authorization with Miguel, we were forced to speak with a company rep in Quality Assurance who made us repeat back everything Miguel had just told us, like they didn't trust that Miguel explained things properly. Also, we were told when I made the initial inquiry that the estimate would be free. As Miguel was on his way over, a company rep called and said the estimate would be $98 dollars, doing a bait and switch. Like I said, Miguel was great. The company? I'll just call Miguel directly from now on...

Eric and Tony were great. They had to knock part of a wall and ceiling out to expose the problem I had, but examined everything thoroughly. I live in a 1912 home, so it could have been a much bigger repair, but they gave me a really fair price and did a great job. I strongly recommend them.
