Emory blew us away, quickly coming to our rescue. Classic homeowner (condo) problem: plumbing emergency at 3:00pm on a Friday. Broken valves on the clothes washer, requiring a full shut-off from the main. And we had dinner guests coming. What to do? On the advice of our neighbor, we called Emory. Emory was AMAZING. They listened and quickly understood our problem. And within 30 minutes two of their courteous, professional plumbers were at our door with everything needed to repair the problem. They were in and out in a jiffy, and the bill was far less than I anticipated. While I hope we don't need plumbers often, I know who we will call when we do. Emory it is.

When he came with another guy they were so nice and professional. Fix the problem in record time and assured me that other companies would have want to replace the water heater. Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!

Although his company did a good job, it was overpriced and no breakdown of the pricing. We feel we got ripped off
