The team (Jojo, Bren, Ryan, Michael) were very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, expedient and communicative. They worked to not be intrusive in our home as they installed new Daikin heat pump/condenser AC, FAU and Mini-split systems along with replacing all our old registers with bar type registers. They addressed every concern i had and showed their technical expertise answering all my questions. It took only two days to complete our job and this 4-man team of professionals were prepared to work rain or shine. We ran our systems all last night and the Daikin units worked flawlessly. I highly recommend Bill Howe as they made the whole process from consultation to contract to final install simple and easy and the quality of work was excellent.

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

Professional experience

So I was looking for someone in Orange County who could fix the issue properly as soon as possible. I called two plumbers but they didn’t reply. Then I contacted EZ Plumbing USA. They immediately responded to my request and sent a plumber. Their plumber Donald was well-behaved and experienced. He handled the water heater carefully and replaced the safety guard, insulation and access panel. Now, it is working properly and I'm thankful to EZ Plumbing USA for it.

Everyone I interfaced with at this company gave above average customer service. They identified the problem, fixed it, and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were also careful to clean up after doing their work, which is sometimes an issue with plumbers. I would recommend Fuentes Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again.

They were on-time, courteous, and efficient not to mention skilled and highly trained as they completed the replacement of my aging gas line, it took me longer to do the trench work ( I needed the exercise ) than it did for these two Union Brothers to change out my gas line.
