Very responsive and excellent communication skills. They didn't even charge me for a house visit when they realized my tenant didn't run the garbage disposal and that was causing the issue. Anyone else would have charged. I will definitely use them again.Update: I used PIC again. I called late at night and they not only responded immediately but sent someone out the next morning. These guys are honest, reliable and explain everything. The prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again.

They replaced my water heater very quickly when I called. However, I had a home inspection when my house was sold and code violations were found. Instead of standing behind their initial installation, they charged me $200 for parts and labor. If they are not going to do it right the first time and not try to make up for it by fixing it for free they will not be called to my property again.

Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

Disappointed - Look out...plumbers and used car salesmen. Most plumbers are looking for easy quick jobs to make a fast buck (and over charge).Tried 3 different plumbers do diagnose and fix a water hammering problem in a business with a 90 gallon tank and tankless unit.EMORY advertised as being a commercial plumber. I requested a seasoned professional in hopes of getting someone who's been around. Instead a got a young guy who vaguely appeared to know what he was talking about. He did diagnosed the problem and discussed a couple ways to fix the problem. Stated he would forward a quote with pricing per each fix option.I got a phone call from the receptionist with a $1000 quote for a fix we had not discussed. She stated the tech spoke with co workers who made the suggestion on the fix. What they suggested replacing was a virtually new regulator. No one asked me how old the regulator was or if it had been replaced.This is the problem I had with the previous two plumbing companies...suggesting replacing/installing random parts for big $$$$.To make matters worse, made two phone calls in an attempt to speak with the tech...no return call. Requested a manager give me a call back...no return call.It appears, if you need a new hot water tank, a leaky faucet or something basic, you'll be ok with EMORY. But if it's anything complex, make sure you get at least 3 quotes.

Kitchen sink and laundry drain to main line were slow. I called Rooter Solutions SD and they said a technician would be out within 1-2 hours. Alberto, the technician called me within 45 minutes and was promptly here a short time later. He showed up, listened to my problem and then proceeded to go to work. Half way through he stopped to clean up as to manage the overall mess. He worked at it until the problem was resolved. (Thanks again Alberto!) I'm definitely going to use them should I need to. Great, professional service.

Sal was nothing but helpful and extreamly professional. I had a toielt clogged and i called him at 9:00pm to help me .He was at my house within 30 minutes. He found out that my main line was actually clogged. Which is alot worse than i expected. He was confident and rant to his van for the tool. Sal had my dain lines clear within minutes. He took extra prcautions and cleared all my other lines just to make sure i wouldnt have any more issues in the future. I would recommend their company too anyone that need a quick plumbing fix. Based on our discussion i would even recommend them for any plumbing job. Five stars from me!

Morey's was recommended to us by our neighbor who had great experience with them.They were correct. Got a call informing me that the Tech would be there within 30 minutes...he arrived in 15. The Tech was Leo and from the introduction I felt comfortable. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions and resolved the problem within 30 minutes. Price was fair and without any 'hidden' last minute add-on surprises.Very satisfied with the Service provided and the Personnel.
