Our garbage disposal was broken and called them. Joseph and LB came on time, they were super nice and informative. We had kinda fixed it the night before but they still came in to check, took a piece of metal out and fixed the crazy sound we thought was normal for did no even charge us.They are very professional and I highly recommend them! I'll be calling Joseph for my future plumbing issues.

Great service! The technician was professional and friendly. They came out gave us an estimate on changing the valves and faucet in our warehouse bathroom. As the water had to be turned off in our building we had to let our property manager know so she could alert other tenants. We made an appointment for the next day. They were prompt and did the work in the time frame and for the price quoted. Very happy with the experience, will use them again!

My wife and I are trying to sell our home and Aaron and Rooter Hero just saved us $5000. We have used Emory before after our previous plumbing company just started not responding and not showing up. They were very responsive from the get-go. I called EZ Plumbing USA last Friday night as my tub faucets and shower controls were leaking badly, and it needed urgent attention to fix the leak. They sent their team even during the night and fixed the leakage issues. They repaired the faucets and told us that replacing them with new ones is unnecessary. The best part is they provide their services 24/7 in San Diego. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I had a leak in my shower that started as a small drip and became a steady stream in about a weeks time. So I called Fox Plumbing. I spoke with Nicole in the office. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. Randy responded to my call shortly after I left a message late on a Saturday afternoon. He promised to help first thing Sunday morning, which he did with an estimate. Once approved, he came right over and quickly resolved the problem with the hot water heater pilot. As a bonus, he also adjusted a leaky toilet valve while he was here. He was polite, friendly, efficient and a very good communicator.
