The person who answered the phone was professional and knowledgeable, they responded to an emergency plumbing situation with speed and proficiency, and were proactive about scheduling necessary follow-up services. Darryl was the plumber Bill Howe sent both times, and he was friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, and had a lot of information he was willing to share. We called in the morning hoping to have someone come out that day or the next. They originally scheduled an appointment for the next day, but an hour or so later they called us to say they had an opening that day and could come out even sooner! When Michael arrived he checked out our water heater because we wanted to make sure it was working properly. Then he addressed what we were primarily concerned with. He was quick to understand the issue we were having with our toilet and got right to work. It didn’t take him long at all to fix the issues and then he asked if there was anything else he could help with - as we had just moved into a new house a few days prior and he wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly. We realized our water wasn’t connected to the fridge when we moved in and he was eager to help. The cable was actually missing and he had to go to the store to buy one, but did so very quickly. He even was kind enough to use his drill to remove a couple of cabinet doors above the fridge (when it was pulled out of the spot) because they couldn’t open fully. He went above and beyond what we called him for and he worked quickly while doing an excellent job. My sister had used Paws plumbing a few times for various plumbing issues and also has had every person go above and beyond what they needed to do. They are the only company I’m going to call for my future plumbing needs. I would 100% recommend this company.

I scheduled air conditioner tune-up services on Sunday. The customer service immediately scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They removed brush and debris, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced filters, refilled refrigerant, and ensured that the condensate drain was clear. Very satisfied with the promptness and expertise. All Star Plumbing is the best in town!

Called Charlie because I had some overflowing toilets and showers. He was able to make it out in about an hour, said he'd show up at 5 and was here right at 5. Charlie and David made quick work of diagnosing and repairing the issue and we're also very friendly and respectful the whole time. Would recommend!

I had a water leak in the crawl space under my house during the rainy season so I didn't see it on the ground or driveway due to the rain water. Once I discovered it I had them come out that day. It was a weekend so there was an extra charge, however, during our severe drought and with the price of our water it was worth the extra expense. Pablo came out, got it fixed, and asked me probably 3 times if I had any questions. When was the last time you had a plumber ask you if you had any questions? I highly recommend Fox Plumbing. While you may not see commercials for them on TV remember that the customer is actually paying for those commercials.

They were very responsive and able to fix my problem the same day.I had two clogs from both my bathrooms and they were able to clear it out from my roof. They identified that my sewer line would need to be repaired due to have a break in the pipe. They repaired the sewer line and installed a clear out as well to make it easier to clear clogs from the home for future issues.They were super affordable and professional! They support the troops! I would recommend to anyone needing services especially military!Overall 5 stars for the quick response, attention to detail, and customer support!!
