Kevin and Joey arrived right on time. They were friendly and very upfront on what they found during the inspection. It was more than what I wanted to spend, but the additional repairs were needed. I want to thank them both for doing a fantastic job. On the 2nd visit, Kevin and Joey did the pipe jetting. They removed years of buildup and now drains are completely cleaned out. These gentlemen are true professionals and I highly recommend them.

Johnny c.. is the best technician I have ever had on my heater and A/C. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Takes the time to answer all questions completely and honestly. He worked on my A/C and furnace and treated it like it was own. Every time I get service I'm going to request John. He is true professional from his work ethic to appearance. I also had Anderson plumbing do my water heater replacement and no difference. This company is the best.

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. Each and every time they had to be here they operated with so much professionalism it was unreal. We were well informed every step of the way. Anthony, Juan, Issac, Jacob are top notch in my eyes. Our AC leaked through our ceiling and we didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. We were in a major time crunch because we had company coming into town in the middle of a heat wave! I’m so happy we found Morey. They sent Brian out the very same day and he gave us several different service options on how to fix the issue, from a basic super affordable option to a gold level option to do it all & avoid future issues. I loved the efficient iPad system where we could pick and choose to make it within our budget. He even came out the next day on the weekend to complete the work, just in time for our company to arrive in a couple hours! We plan on having Brian come do some more work, as well as regular maintenance so we don’t have future issues. Super impressed with this company from start to finish! Thank you!

For the last several years, my wife and I thought about getting AC installed in our home. We decided to look at mini split systems because we saw a lot of them in use in the Philippines and experienced how well they worked. I scheduled a free estimate with Carini and John came out to give us a quote. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. All health precautions were taken due to COVID/19. John left his quote in a folder, and my wife and I scheduled an install. Then the second guessing started. Man that seems like a lot of money, crossed my mind. I called John and cancelled my appointment. Buyers remorse, if you will. To make my wife happy, we got a few more estimates, and the other licensed and authorized Mitsubishi dealers were thousands more. So, a month later, we decided to pull the trigger and have the mini split system installed. Today was install day. Kevin and Luis were on time, fast, and efficient. They were respectful of the home, laying down protective draping on the floor and the bed. They wore masks. Super polite and professional guys, we bought them McD's because they were hard at work. The contracted electricians were in and out in a flash. (Haha). After the install Luis gave me the walkthrough of the remote control and settings and we inspected all of the outside work. I could not be happier with my experience with John, Luis, Kevin and the Carini team. Thanks so much.

Horrible customer service. Amy, who by the way is the manager has horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for the 3rd time with the company to see what was wrong with my ac unit. This third appointment was scheduled the last week of August for 25 September. I took off from work for the appointment. I called them in the morning and I was informed that they had lost all the data and that she couldn't send anyone over. Horrible company!!!
