Timothy and Ricky came today for our plumbing problem. The original project were to replace shower head for clogging and change toilet bowl. But we added our sink problem too. I texted Tim the day before for some questions and he responded eventhough it's a holiday on July 4th. He said I can texted at anytime. He recommended to update and improve the water pressure regulator and valving system before he did work inside the house because he didn't want any leaks because ours was too old. He added 2 more people to meet schedule bringing water back in the house. One did the shower valves and the other replaced the toilet bowl. My husband and I were impressed with the knowledge and skills of Core plumbing especially under the leadership of Timothy. The craftsmanship was evident. Next work will be the replacement of faucet and sink in the kitchen. This Company was highly referred to me by our patient at work. I'm glad I've chosen this company. I will refer my relatives and friends for sure.

Bobby and his team did an outstanding job today on a sewer repair that included a combination of pipe lining and pipe replacement. The crew members were all polite, professional, and completed what was expected to be a two-day job in one (long) day. When all was said and done, our front yard looked like nothing ever happened. Clearly a five-star performance!

Professional and punctual describes the young man who arrived at my home to correct an underground leak at my front yard area.More digging, as well as, some concrete removal was required before the water leak could be found and corrected.Jacob did not hesitate to take on the physical work that was required, and after locating the problem, made short work of it.His plumbing experience was impressive for such a young man.

ProMax and Daniel are simply the tops. We got at least 4 quotes on replacing a tankless water heater at our house. Daniel was the most prompt of all of the plumbers, and he came in with the low bid. He also was able to install it sooner than other plumbers had said they could. We wanted a water circulator in order to decrease the wait for hot water to our taps. That was driving the bids we were getting sky high. Daniel came up with a far cheaper alternative that has worked extremely well. He also did a magnificent job installing the new tankless heater. He also built me a holder for my outdoor hose, which shares the same cabinet as the heater. I have never seen a worker leave a job cleaner or tidier than Daniel did.We just had him come out to install a new kitchen faucet and to fix another faucet. Once again, he was responsive and did a top notch job. I really couldn't recommend him more highly.

She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. My toilet was running. The plumber came by, diagnosed the needed part, and came back to replace it. Unfortunately, the new part didn’t fix the issue, so I called back within 30 minutes of the plumber leaving. He came back immediately, re-diagnosed the problem, and replaced another part, and the toilet was fixed. He was extremely nice and diligent. I was really impressed with his professionalism and the overall customer service of the company. I would highly recommend their services!
