I am so happy to have my gas back on. The city gave me a red tag and turned my gas off. As soon as I called Elite Rooter Omar came over and checked it out for me. The next day the guys came to work. They not only did the work but they pressured the city to come out and do the inspection for me ASAP which they did ?. They began on Thursday and had everything done and even had the city out here by Friday afternoon. Thanks to them my gas is back on. I did not have to worry about anything with these guys. Wow - had two issues within a few days of one another! Christmas Eve our hot water tanked out on us - house full of company and the holiday, we were stressed! Bill Howe Plumbing got here, installed a new one AND the holiday went on! Then tonight, we had a class fed drain and our toilet was overflowing! I called them again, in a panic, and they were here within 1hr! Both plumbers were knowledgeable, friendly professional and beyond helpful!!

After I made a service call to my home warranty, they sent out a company named “Roman Rooter” who tried to scam me. They claimed they needed to access the roof to clear a sink drain and wanted to charge me $189 on top of my co-pay. I refused and called Charlie who came out the same day and fixed it in about 10 minutes for half the price (and he never accessed the roof, which he informed didn’t even connect to the sink anyway). The world needs more honest and kind human beings like Charlie.

Troy stuck with us on acquiring parts that the supplier no longer stocked. His crew did a good job with the actual installation and kept us informed on the scheduling. We are very pleased and will continue to use this company for our plumbing requirements.BH

We called looking for an emergency plumber to come to our home. A water main had broken and water was gushing out! The service personnel that we spoke with on the phone let us know that the plumber was not available until after 5 (on a Sunday) because he was out in another job. However, she would see if he could call and assist us with shutting the water off. The plumber DID call and walk through the steps of shutting the water off. He even FacedTimed with us and we showed him what the area looked like and he guided us. We’re so grateful for his assistance!! We have to go through our warranty to get it fixed, but we are enterally grateful for the plumbers assistance as well as the friendly service personnel that took our call. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Caesar was great, he was very knowledgeable explained everything he was doing and most of all CLEAN!, He cleaned up everything, he left no mess and was very careful of any surroundings in the area in which he needed to work. From the first phone call I made to set the appointment to when they finished, window time given was spot on, the value was great for the service they provided, very punctual and the quality of work surpasses any other plumber I have ever used. They definitely earned my business and referral to anyone who asks for a plumber!

Huge shout out to Paublo Gastelum at Ascend Plumbing who did an incredible job at plumbing repair at my house ! His work was impeccable and he kept me up to speed on the progress as the project continued. We had exposed plumbing and gas lines on the roof that needed addressed during my re-roof.
