After a major bathroom leak, Jose and Discount Plumbing came highly recommended to prepare the plumbing for the new bathroom. From the first call, Jose was very responsive and knowledgeable. He worked directly with my contractor and walked me through the whole process in layman's terms. He even came out to look at the old-1950's era plumbing to determine best steps to bring it up to code with a free estimate.I would highly recommend Jose and Discount Plumbing for your next plumbing needs. You have to get him on speed dial!

PIC plumbing is awesome. Josh is always responsive and takes the time to explain everything, make sure you understand all your options and aims to get the best decision and outcome for the customer, which is extremely reassuring. Have been calling them for all our needs for years. When our on demand water gave out they replaced it before it became a problem for us.

We've used Plumbing tree for our manufactured home for about 20 years. We had blockage in one of the sewer lines. Because of where we live, things can be tricky. We own the home, but rent the space. So not all repairs are our responsibility. Alan came out to help with the issue. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. There was some grey area on who was responsible for the repairs. After the service was done I spoke to Miguel, a customer service rep. I talked about some concerns with him. He was very helpful and really listened to what I had to say. He mentioned he would reach out to me the next day. There were also payment issues and Joanna was helpful to answer my questions. I guess there was a technical issue, but she was attentive and responded to me right away. Miguel got back to me as promised and we settled the matter working in my favor. Miguel and the Plumbing Tree family are extremely loyal and HONEST. Something you don't find today when it comes to contractors and handy work. Although, I don't find their prices competitive like as were in previous years, there is not a doubt in my mind I would call on San Diego Plumbing Tree again. Best plumbing experience I ever had with a plumbing company in Orange County. EZ Plumbing USA helped me identify the hidden leak in the drain pipe. They detected the source without disturbing the system. Their plumber sensed water pressure and noise then used advanced equipment to finally detect the leak. He fixed the leak after identifying the source and without breaking anything. I admire his expertise and knowledge. I do suggest you take their help!!!!

Pablo responded to my phone call about our plumbing issue around 10pm, he was immediately responsive even during late hours. He offered to come fix the issue right away, but I let him know we don’t mind waiting until the morning. Him and his coworker arrived exactly when they said they would, called and gave me a 30 minute notice and were friendly while completing the task. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and sanitized the space where the plumbing problem took place. 5 stars for Fuentes plumbing and drain!!!

Miguel was fantastic installing our tankless water heater. The company itself? I'd rather just deal with Miguel. He should go into business for himself. A great guy, very professional, and knowledgeable. The company does not trust the client or the employee. After we signed the authorization with Miguel, we were forced to speak with a company rep in Quality Assurance who made us repeat back everything Miguel had just told us, like they didn't trust that Miguel explained things properly. Also, we were told when I made the initial inquiry that the estimate would be free. As Miguel was on his way over, a company rep called and said the estimate would be $98 dollars, doing a bait and switch. Like I said, Miguel was great. The company? I'll just call Miguel directly from now on...
