Worst ever customer service and plumbing knowledge. We called them for detecting a leak which had resulted in the floor flooding. The plumber came visited the house and charged us for the visit. The plumber had no clue, he could not detect the source and wrongly advised that the leak was coming from the bathroom upstairs. They charged us $365 for nothing and never send us a report. After multiple follow ups still till date no report has been given. We ended up calling another plumber who very quickly detected the leaking dishwasher at almost $100 cheaper. He also help fixed the leak and helped us with drying company and dishwasher company.I would never use Andersen Plumbing ever again and advise everyone to stay away from them.Subsequent to this review I had a very good follow up from Andersen and they have since rectified their response and have successfully resolved the matter to my satisfaction.Thank you Andersen for prompt followup.

Omar came by to fix our bathtub drain. Very friendly and helpful. Their service was prompt and very affordable. Highly recommended!

We have an old mobile home that has very old fixtures and needed a replacement kitchen faucet. I called Bill Howe and was help immediately. They sent a person over to assess what we needed, gave me a quote and once we agreed on a price (a little high), Doug began the work. The work Doug performed was great, quick lookd like it will last another 25 years. The new faucet functions as it should and looks great. Very quick and professional. I called on a Sunday at 3:30pm because I had a main line blockage and water coming back up through my toilet seals and showers. They had someone dispatched and to my home by 4:15. Beecher was a supervisor in the area and came right over. From that moment on everything was very professional and efficient. Daniel was our technician and he was very thorough and friendly. It is now 6:30pm and my home’s plumbing has been fixed. I am very pleased with Rooter Hero and would highly recommend their services.

Our issue was further complicated by having a rear-assembly toilet, which are not easy to find—they helped us source this. Actual service of installation was timely, fast & professional. Would recommend & use again.

17Mar20Had a patio area drain clogged with dirt and roots. In the past drain cleaners had successfully cleared with power snake with root cutter head. Biannual maintenance.My normal plumber’s schedule was impacted and needed work done before next big rains to avoid flooding.I had rcd mailer from Rooter Solutions so I decided to give them a try. Dispatch answered and listened while I described exactly what I needed done & how . Was somewhat interesting to learn they covered 3 SoCal counties.. hmmm not locals I wondered.Dispatch scheduled someone for within a couple hrs. Juan called & showed up in an hr.He did not have a cutter head for snake but offered their jetting solution, called office and Isaih showed and discussed solution. Juan / Isaih offered to video the pipe so I could see exactly what was going on as part of free estimate. WOW. Was I impressed.The jetting was more expensive than I was used to, but the they agreed to an more accommodating price since I was only doing the one patio drain and not the whole house sewer.Once we agreed, they provided a written estimate. Juan went to get the giant jetting machine, started work and had the line cleaned in just a couple hrs.Hats off to Juan & Isaih for expedient , professional , clean job. Needed new taps and faucet in the laundry area. The old ones were leaking an would not shut off. Terry was on time and replaced everything needed plus, gave me advice about some other issues. Good job overall, he is very knowledgeable.

I manage a nice mid century Apartment building in Bankers Hill. 1965 with mostly older plumbing until I met Chris 3 years ago. Together we have fixed, replaced or bypassed a good deal of it. He comes lickity split when I've got issues that need immediate attention. He can replace water lines in the wall like a magician. Kudos to this great guy! Super approachable and he knows his crapola... I highly recommend him.

I had both an HVAC and plumbing issue at my rental property. I called a few places and ended up using Ace Contractors. They were prompt, courteous, proficient and reasonable. They are clearly an expert in both fields. I will be using them again in the future for sure!
