He was on time, professional and knows what he’s doing. When I called in to schedule, Will was professional and friendly as well. My part came in a day early and they were able to come out the next day and install it even though I had an appointment scheduled for next week. Above and beyond, Highly recommend!!

Figuring out challenging scenarios during a remodel, Rick always came through. His partner, Joe remains, and true to form, Joe sent Alex to rescue me from a leak under the sink. I appreciate the support and response to my early morning call and despite a booked day, Joe made time to send Alex. That is customer service! Luis and his team installed 12 recessed lights in 3 different rooms, plus single light in another room. The entire team was so friendly and professional. They communicated and walked me through each step and had me view the placement to make adjustments before cutting them into the ceiling. They covered and cleaned everything, zero damage to any surface. Excellent work. I would highly recommend this business for its quality and speed at scheduling and completing the work.

They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. From our initial contact with the front office, through the repair, we could not have been happier with the service we received. The receptionist who took our initial call was friendly, courteous and very helpful. She promptly scheduled our service and provided details on the plumber who would be coming to our home.Today, we received text messages updating us on when our plumber, Tomer Laski, would arrive. Tomer was terrific! He was prompt, friendly, courteous and highly efficient. He immediately assessed the issue, provided an estimate for the repairs and got the job done quickly. Appointment person wouldn’t listen to Clients availability and instead hang-up on me while trying to explain tine restrictions of my Tenants.After explaining twice about time constraints, this Appointment person insisted that their contract with the Home Warranty Company is such and would not listen to my Tenants availability and work around their schedule.Poor Service provider from setting up appointment, how much more when it comes to the actual work.I feel sorry for the owner of this business.
