Had a water leak on the second floor of our home that had been going on for months...finally called Allstar plumbers and they found it and repaired quickly. Jake who works for them in San Diego did a great job!

Rooter Hero has been to the rescue several times over the last couple of years. I really don't like writing reviews, but this company is always so professional, on time and get's the job done... and without GOUGING the customer. This last visit I received an automated email showing the name and photo of the technician that was on the way. This was such an amazing touch for me to know who was actually en route. Thank you Rooter Hero for being our hero again and again!

Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!

Leon was wonderful! He was great at explaining the plumbing issue and the repair. He was very quick and efficient too! Will use it again if service is needed in the future.

We did major plumbing, electrical & remodeling projects over 5 years ago with Joe & the team at Ideal and everything still looks and functions perfectly. In short, a great team providing a quality service.

I had a plumbing backup in my bathroom main line. They came out and told me they would need to demo my toilet to fix the issue. The total bill came out to $5,670. Would not attempt to snake out the clog through my shower drain, which was also backed up.A friend referred me to another plumber. He came out and used a snake along with some sodium tablets and hot water down the shower drain. He charged me $220. Let me know if you need somebody who isnt' going to price gouge you.

Brian and Cameron came to determine why the cooling air flow had become so low. They researched the problem and quickly discovered that the system air filter was massively clogged as a result of a recent bathroom remodeling project. The filter is a plastic type with a lifetime warranty. Brian cleaned it and the system returned to normal operation.Brian and Cameron worked very professionally and quickly to solve the problem, which I greatly appreciated.

We needed a new central air conditioning unit installed for our san diego home. We called ace contractors after a recommendation from on of our friends. We also called several other air conditioning companies in san diego to get estimates and price quotes. Out of the 4 that we contacted, ace contractors was the first to get back to us, and gave us the best price out of all the companies. The technicians that helped us install our new central air system were very polite, kind, and respectful. Our new central air conditioning unit works flawlessly now and we couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend Ace Contractors.

All of the staff including the office staff were accommodating and knowledgeable regarding the services the company provides.Scott was very professional and pretty much walked us through the cause and work that needed to be done to resolve the drainage issue .He also made recommendations on how to try to avoid this problem again.

We had a minor leak on our side of the water meter. Lance came out and assessed the situation. He came back with Daniel to lend a hand. A great team effort in not only solving the leak but installing a shut-off valve while we had everything opened up. Not only was the issue resolved but they also improved access and convenience should there be future water issues! Great work Lance and Daniel!

Love this company. They installed our furnace a few years back and have been upfront about all the work and helped us understand the best way for us to keep up. Today tech Alex was the one assigned to us for an issue we had with it. He was very nice even connected with my kiddo who wanted to know everything. He was very detailed and very informative. No pressure fot additional things but suggested firmly.

Their is nothing to say that is a complain about this company the service is none problem they clean up I'm good with their work ethic s.

On September 2020, Tom came out to a property we had in escrow out in Lakeside. Tom showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and got down to business. Tom helped us with scoping the sewer main lines and provided an additional whole house plumbing inspection at no cost. He just charged us for the scope, which was a reasonable rate. Tom appeared to be very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips. I strongly recommend Tom. I feel he is trustworthy, affordable, and knowledgeable.

Professionalism, prompt response, informs you when a technician is on his way, installs & repairs same day. I am very happy with the service. I will use them if my AC breaks down for sure. Thank you.

HORRIBLE service. They have been out twice and the problem has not been resolved. They schedule appointments and then cancel. They lost a technician and tell me the reason they can't come is family emergency. I haven't had a heater since 12/26. They don't care.....
