I just had the pleasure of working with Powers Plumbing a big multi-store project, and they are amazing!!! On time, professional, let you know when you are scheduled, on their way, and complete. They get all the paperwork with plenty of photos. The Office Staff is incredible!! Definitely recommend.

I made the appointment on Thursday afternoon. Miguel showed up on Friday afternoon to evaluate the situation. He determined he did not have the necessary supplies and committed to come back on Monday morning. He returned on Monday morning and quickly determined that he had procured the wrong parts. He left to procure the correct parts, leaving all of the water in my home, turned off. He was gone for literally five minutes. But he had the correct pieces and he completed the repair. (So he said)I thought about asking him why he didn’t procure the part in five minutes on Friday afternoon so I wouldn’t have been without the shower all weekend, and I wouldn’t have to deal with a second visit, but I let it go.I was more concerned, that he did not put all of the decorative trim back on the faucet handle. Miguel ores before leaving that it “took a long time for hot water to come to the fixture.” It normally takes 20 to 30 seconds, but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. I was directed not to use the shower that had been repaired for 24 hours.After waiting more than a day, I turned the shower on to use it. I immediately noticed two things. First, you could not turn it all the way on to the point where hot water would come out. The water never got beyond lukewarm. Second, the faucet handle was practically falling off. Maybe I’m a little picky, but both of these things should’ve been. readily apparent to a plumber that cared about his work.I called customer service. They told me that they would send the same plumber. Back to fix it. I asked that a different plumber be dispatched because I was not impressed with his work the first time. I was super clear about that. Five minutes later the original plumber called me to find out what the problem was. Obviously it was very uncomfortable because I had to tell him that I didn’t want him to come back and I thought he did a poor job the first time. His reaction was to chuckle and say, “oh, it sounds like it just needs to be adjusted.” That’s probably true, but why didn’t he make those adjustments before he left on Monday? In other words, his careless attitude was exactly the reason I didn’t want him to come back.I called customer service again, got a different person which is not a surprise since it’s a call center that you’re dealing with. The new person told me that the original plumber was still scheduled to come out and fix the problem.As a customer, I knew that the problem was probably easily fixed, but from a customer service perspective nobody seemed to be listening to me or care about my concerns. They pushed back and told me that they “liked to give their people a chance to correct their mistakes. My preference is that they send a qualified plumber that cares about the work and takes the basic steps to get the repair right the first time. If I wanted a plumber in training, I would expect to pay a lot less.I’m wasting another day at home, waiting for a plumber to show up and fix something that could’ve easily been dealt with two visits ago.

First time ever working with Bill Howe Plumbing and I was blown away. Extremely happy. They were responsive, fair and the assessment of my plumbing issue was concise and accurate. The plumber whom I worked with, Dooud, was extremely professional but also was an advocate for me when he noticed that there could have been damage created by the utility company. I would use them for all my plumbing needs

We decided to install a new water heater last month as there were many issues with our old water heater. So, I called All Star Plumbing & Restoration. Chris came within an hour and assessed the old water heater, and explained our options for repair or upgrade, we chose to upgrade. Chris ensured that our new water heater was safe and efficient for our family. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends, neighbors, and family members.

Came right on time. They were able to come in the same day and kept me up to date about when I could expect them and he quickly cleared a difficult clog. The pricing was fair. We are extremely happy with the work. I'll be calling them next time I need a plumber for sure!

THANK YOU to Ideal Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical and specifically Howard, the technician who came out.I had a leak in my attic that was dripping through the ceiling. I called this morning at 8am and was given an appointment the same day. I got a call a while later that there was a cancellation and someone could come even earlier than originally scheduled, which was great.Howard showed up and was awesome! He was able to locate the leak in the attic and fix it in no time. He then replaced our pressure regulator in the garage because it was bad and had been for a while (likely contributing to the leak). It wasn't the easiest job because of how the regulator was installed into the wall. But, he made it look easy and didn’t mind me hovering and asking questions.He was done with everything in just over an hour. The price for everything was more than fair. I am so happy to have this leak behind us so quickly and feel great about that work that was done.I would definitely recommend Ideal for anyone in need of their services.

ARS / Rescue Rooter was quick to respond when we had a main line clog. They were able to help us same-day and over the weekend. They were informative, quick, and fairly priced. Plus they helped by recommending restoration specialists to assist in clearing up any water damage. Excellent service!

Our AC leaked through our ceiling and we didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. We were in a major time crunch because we had company coming into town in the middle of a heat wave! I’m so happy we found Morey. They sent Brian out the very same day and he gave us several different service options on how to fix the issue, from a basic super affordable option to a gold level option to do it all & avoid future issues. I loved the efficient iPad system where we could pick and choose to make it within our budget. He even came out the next day on the weekend to complete the work, just in time for our company to arrive in a couple hours! We plan on having Brian come do some more work, as well as regular maintenance so we don’t have future issues. Super impressed with this company from start to finish! Thank you!

Lee Frei serviced my water heater found no major problems. Did a regular maintenance flush that was badly needed. Then he found the ACTUAL issue of a broken pressure regulator and repaired it quickly and professionally

I called the company at 4 PM on a Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning Raul came over and had a major pipe repair done by two in the afternoon. The most professional, polite and knowledgeable plumber I’ve ever met. Thank you very much.

Tom arrived less than an hour after I called. He was fast, friendly and professional (wore his mask) He replaced my bathtub faucet and toilet handle and gave me advice on future projects that needed attention. His prices were honest and fair, and even though he quoted me for a repair we couldn’t do that visit, he gave me the same price quote for when he returns excluding labor. I’ll be planning him to come back after the holiday.

Jarod was able to quickly diagnose why our AC and Thermostat were not working. Although the thermostat was the issue he was thorough in his investigation and found the cause of the failure and repaired that as well.He walked us through what went wrong and how to avoid issues in the future.After the system was back working fully he went the extra mile and checked other potential causes of issue in our home and even attempted to find failures in our unit on the roof.Jarod was very thorough and very informative.I would highly recommend Tarpy.
