I just had the pleasure of working with Powers Plumbing a big multi-store project, and they are amazing!!! On time, professional, let you know when you are scheduled, on their way, and complete. They get all the paperwork with plenty of photos. The Office Staff is incredible!! Definitely recommend.

I needed a new furnace and air conditioner. I am a VIP member of Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air. I was thoroughly impressed with everyone I came into contact with. Megan was personable, knowledgeable and clear in her explanations of different systems and prices. Sal and Mac who came to do the installations were friendly, efficient, and very conscientious about clean up. Thanks also to Kathy at Customer Service for great support.

We had a clogged kitchen drain that was past the p-trap. We live on there 6th floor of a building so we needed a plumber that had at least a 75 foot snake device to ensure that the clog would not affect the lower units when cleared. Bill Howe was very prompt and responsive. They were able to quickly get the insurance and contractor documents my HOA needed for them to come into the building to do the work. Oscar from Bill Howe was great. He was on time, very professional and worked well with the building facilities folks to complete the job. He also cleaned up the work area well after he was done. Solid job done.

John and Tyler were awesome. They came on time and solves our clogged sewer line. We were up and running within the hour!! Highly recommend this team!!

Rooter Hero saved the day! Our problem started early at 7am on a Sunday. We called the first business that popped up in Google (a Rooter Hero competitor). We were promised a technician would be out by 10am-12pm... No show. We called and were promised it would be closer to 2pm-4pm... No show. We called again and were told they were not sure whether they could get to us. We called Rooter Hero, and were treated with compassion, honesty, integrity and professionalism from the first call, to the dispatcher call. They were upfront that it was late on a Sunday, and could not promise they could get to us, but they PROMISED If we cannot get there tonight, we will have our supervisor (Michael S.) swing by first thing. Mike showed up promptly at 7am. All around, start to finish, great customer service, great technician, great service, great price. Rooter Hero earned a customer for life! Thank you Rooter Hero!

I got a house in Allied Gardens and had some minor issues with the kitchen sink. Ideal came out right on time and we're very professional. They fixed everything very quickly. Dustin and Randy did a great job. Had another issue and Gabriel and Alfredo did a great job

We had 2 clogged drains and a leaky faucet.The plumbing specialist that investigated/repaired our clogged drain was AMAZING.Cody was professional, polite, honest, informative, punctual, and super friendly.He very quickly fixed our shower issue of a clogged drain. He gave estimates on the leaky faucet and clogged drain in the bathtub, which were much more complex.He educated us on everything plumbing related.When we go back to ARS, we will request Cody specifically to repair our remaining list of issues. He truly is the best.

Affordable Water Heaters came on the early side of the 8-10 window. Met with Manny who reviewed the situation, looked it over, gave his honest opinion and quote. My neighbor who has a water heater guy said the quote was on par. So I agreed to have Manny work on my water heater. Very professional, kept his mask on when I came out to see progress. Total of 2 hrs , cleaned up, reviewed all parts of the water heater with me. I would recommend Manny and AWH.

John Padilla Plumbing is has amazing service! When we called needing a plumber for our new house in San Carlos we spoke to Anne who was so friendly! She immediately scheduled a plumber to come help us. The Plumber, Julio, was there in minutes and helped fix our problem right away. He was so friendly and professional. Cody M came to my hose today to diagnose and fix my thermostat. It turned out that the Nest Thermostat that I bought was not compatible with my Amana HVAC system. He reinstalled the old thermostat and only charged me a diagnostic fee. I was very happy that I did not get over charged for a simple procedure. Cody was very professional and even recommended a Honeywell system that would work with my Google Nest system.

It's been 2 months and our AC still hasn't been fixed. All it needs is refrigerant to be added (they tested the pressure and there's no leak), but they keep jerking us around. Last time the visit was 5 minutes long and the guy left without doing anything. He said he needed authorization from the home warranty before adding refrigerant, but I called them 2 days later and not only had express plumbing never called them, but the warranty company told me that he never should have left without doing the work - he could have called them while right there at my house. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
