Technician was professional & worked really hard to clear drain to avoid any more expensive work being needed. Very careful about trying to clean up the mess created by the necessary work. I felt like me & my home were treated respectfully. Will definitely hire for more plumbing work in the future.

1st Call Plumbing was great, they were out to our house and fixed a leak at the water meter (our side) in just a few hours on the weekend. Koby was great, he showed us exactly what the problem was and had us fixed in no time.I'll definitely use 1st Call again, fair price and prompt service.

I asked him for a quote to install a whole house water filtration system plus salt free alternative water softener. He advised our best course of action, even though it meant him losing the job to a different company. You seriously can't get any better than that. No BS here. Wisdom and humility is a hard act to follow; I wouldn't hesitate on calling Fernando again for any of our plumbing needs.

The plumber was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. Your quote was $700 more expensive than the other company I went with even after your 10% discount and deduction of the $97 plumbing fee.The other Plumber told me that since the water heater was left, plugged in, and the hose was left in draining this created a fire hazard. He explained that had the water hose not been crimped and all of the heated water had drained out the tank would have emptied, and the heated air would’ve caused a pressure buildup within the tank and subsequent explosion and or fire. This was very frightening to me, even though it was two days after the service you provided on Saturday night.

Eric was super responsive to our needs. He let me know 30 minutes before he’d be there and arrived exactly on time. Was very professional; went immediately to work and identified the issue very quickly. Even though he had to coordinate with Home Warranty Company; did this and got approval for repairs within about 15 minutes. Then he had to disassemble the entire tank and replace all of the internal works and seal and did all this in an amazing time. Even though the tank had a leak that leaks blue water all over, he took the extra time to ensure he left his work totally spotless (even though he left with “Smurf hands”). I would be happy to have Eric return for any future issue. I will be asking for SA Plumbing by name and Eric in particular for any issues covered by my HomeWarranty Company in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening. We called Steve's Plumbing and they had someone out right away. They did a good job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was good too, from the plumber to the office staff.
