If it were not for this team of professionals we would have been without water for a week plus instead of three days. You can count on these guys to take care of your home by wearing cleaning booties over their boots and cleaning up after the repairs. High quality work who earn repeat business.

Fernando with Ambition Plumbing was recommended to me and I'm so happy! He came out the same day to fix a leaky pipe in my wall. Fernando and Sam quickly identified the core problem and set about fixing it. Fernando explained what the problem was and what his plan was to fix it. Like so many, our souvenirs from Snowpocalypse 2021 were multiple burst pipes. We looked on Angie’s List for recommendations and Will’s Plumbing & Testing Service was far above everyone else in terms of reviews/stars. How do you even get nearly 2000 reviews and still have 5 stars? By being awesome.First, Susan is an angel, a goddess, and made up of everything wonderful in this world. I count Susan as a best friend at this point. Not even kidding. She is the point of contact for the company, so had been working all weekend fielding calls from desperate, impatient, and understandably angry Texans, yet still made me feel like I was the most important person in her universe. The earliest she could get someone out to us was several days later, but that was to be expected as we were all needing the same help. I received confirmation texts and reminders throughout the entire process and for every appointment. We even received a photo and bio for Herman, the god among men who came and granted us water. He’s family now. The first visit, Herman worked his magic to allow us water while bypassing the greater issues that would require much more time. He’d need to come back later.. This was understandable as the San Antonio area was in crisis and they had to triage emergencies. Suddenly we could flush toilets, wash clothes/dishes & take much needed showers. All thanks to Herman & Co. He came out about a week and a half later to finish the job, which required a second day and maintained excellent safety, work quality, and professionalism the entire time. I just can’t properly articulate our gratitude for Herman and for Susan, who continued to call me with reminders/updates, as well as text. We will never call another company for our plumbing needs.

The serviceman arrived on time and even called before arriving to make sure I was at home and remembered the appointment. The serviceman's inspection of my heating and AC unit was fast and efficient and he wore covers over his shoes when he was in the house to make sure he didn't track in any dirt.Overall the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

A great company , Sunday I had a water leak, behind the vanity units in the master bath, I called them and within a hr the plumber was there, they arranged to have the place dried, removed the damaged dry wall, and arranged for an estimate for replacement and repairs, they are dealing with everything, I highly recommend these people honest professional and polite, can’t thank them enough.

Victor P. and his apprentice were fantastic. We had a pipe break in a wall, they quickly located and stopped the leak then started to troubleshootAfter repairing the leak, they checked the water heater (expansion tank needed to be replaced) and looked for more problems. They determined the cause was the pressure regulator which failed causing the water pressure to jump to 100psi.The work was finished quickly and with pride. They were both happy to help prevent future problems and show their work.I've used a different company before and felt they were trying to take advantage of me, until he realized I knew a little about plumbing. ($600 for clogged sink? For $300 I could buy the machine myself). My snake was too short to dislodge the clog.With AAA Auger, these employees were trustworthy, dependable, and helpful. They actually wanted to help prevent future problems.I will recommend Victor and AAA Auger to everyone.

Jihad came to the house and was able to figure out the issue and rectify the situation very quickly. Our a/c system went out in the middle of the night and the tempature was climbing in the house. While he was here, we spoke about others options at a later date that could help us not have these issues again due to the builder putting in an underside system. We reached out to a couple of other plumbers in the area but everyone was booked out but Tristan was able to squeeze us in, quickly diagnose and fix our issue and to top it off at a great price. I highly recommend his company for any of your plumbing needs!

These guys are the BEST at what they do. They communicate with you very well, are friendly, personable and have always arrived on time. Super affordable and the quality of work is top notch. Have had them install a PRV for my insane water pressure and an Expansion Tank for my water heater on one occasion, a garbage disposal on another and both services were done quickly and they left no mess behind.***Follow up it has been over 9 months since last repair and I have yet to have any issues with either of the previous visits.

Tito came out to inspect a small, intermittent leak inside a wall in my garage. He was the 3rd plumber to look at it, and the only one to do a static test. The test was negative, but he told me to call him when it was actively leaking again. When the leak came back, Tito came out same day and repaired it. He also advised me on winter pipe insulation and water softeners. He was honest and professional and answered all my questions. I would definitely hire Right Guyz again.

so, this is the 3rd septic company that I've had out in 15 months for overflowing septic. They drained the septic (or did they?) (after septic guy asked to use my bathroom which I told him I was not comfortable with since my septic was already overflowing) and said I needed a restoration to my drain field, even though I told them Restoration was done 15 months ago. Restoration done by Legend Plumbing with a nickel sized ball of roots retrieved. Then the owner Brett screamed at me over the phone that his plumber should have never sent his ten thousand dollar camera down my pipes and that his camera had better be okay. $3,000 later and 3 weeks later septic is backing up again. I felt so sorry for the plumber sent out to do this restoration hanging his head and shaking his head listening to his boss chewing me out. Now they want more money to clean out the drain from my washing machine. What part of my septic system is 35 years old do they not understand? Come to find out that the leach field is only good for 30-35 years and I need a new septic system to the tune of $17,000. Buyer beware!!! Are these people really in the septic business? I think only for the money. The very fact that they charge a trip fee AND tax AND a surcharge to my credit card should have told me that they don't have two nickels to rub together.The first time I talked to Brett he told me that they had to wait a few days after septic tank pumped to do initial Restoration. When the tank overflowed again after 3 weeks he told me that the septic didn't need pumping again, but since I had a warranty they could come back out and do another Restoration without pumping the tank again. What? Nothing retrieved from that Restoration to my drain field.if there were zero stars available that's where I would rate Legend Plumbing.So now I'm $7,00.00 in the hole ($4,000 to other 2 companies) and need a new septic system.a one year warranty is of no use to me when you should know that my septic needs replacing and therefore you will not have to honor that warranty.Enjoy your windfall Brett and John. I hope it is shortlived.Morals and values have no meaning to this company.

I am a property manager in SA and I worked with Chachi from Almighty Pluming several times. He communicates very well. He is always easy to reach and gets to a job ASAP. He is probably the most professional plumber in SA. I could not always be at the property and Chachi would text or call me to walk me through every step of the work. He made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why. I highly recommend Almighty, especially Chachi.

They charged $200 just to snake the drain. My plumbing problem was not resolved.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.
