I contacted Roto-Rooter with the problem of my toilet not wanting to flush properly. I usually can fix most of my own issues with these things and I had already removed the toilet and used my wet/dry vac to suck out the water standing in the drain pipe and could not find the clog nearby. My wife had found a you tube video showing a Roto-Rooter technician using a camera to view the inside of the pipe and at a long distance through the pipe. I asked the lady I spoke to if they could send out a tech with the camera so I could see where the clog was. They were very kind, professional and even gave me a very quick same day appointment which was very appreciative. Paul, the technician arrived at my home and ran the camera in the drain pipe then located where his camera was outside with the sonar locator gun and it was only about 20 inches or so from where the lid to the septic tank was. I already had an idea what that meant as Paul explained that I may need to get the septic tank pumped out. Paul even told me that if after the septic tank was pumped out and the clog did not move on through that he would come out and run the auger snake in the pipe and gave me his direct cell number so I could call him directly. The next day, I got the septic tank pumped out and the clog did not move on through so I called Paul on his cell and he came out within an hour or so and ran the auger snake and moved the clog on through. He even put the toilet back together for me as I had to prepare food for my 82 year old Mother who has Parkinson's disease and in a wheelchair due to having her hip replaced in 2011 and that extra help from Paul to put the toilet back together really helped me out so very much and I am so very thankful to Paul and to Roto-Rooter for helping me out of the bind I was in between getting the toilet fixed and having to take care of my Mother. Paul was friendly, very helpful, and very professional with the service he provided to me.

Had a smell around water heater area. Jorge who I highly recommend from previous repairs came out and check problem area. He couldn't find any chemical leaking so performed a water heater flush which was way overdue.

Dakota & Clayton were incredibly professional & knowledgeable!! They found me after my house that I just moved into <5 days ago started leaking water through the floor when I walked on it. So I was a little freaked out. They were calm & got right to work!!I’m so thankful for them & the incredibly challenging work that they do!! Everything is fixed and I can continue to work on getting everything set for normal.

I had an issue with a tech leaving, when they thought I wasn't home.I did not hear him knock.When I called dispatch to address the issue, the guy Chris kept telling me how it was my fault the tech left because No one was home. That is extremely annoying to call a service company and they just give excuses and reasons to why their employees do the things they do, instead of just saying they are sorry.I get that I did not answer my phone, but the guy could have knocked or rang the bell before just deciding I'm not home.He was probably in a rush to get to his next job, because he got there 10 minutes prior to 2 which was the end of his 2 hour arrival time.I felt Chris was very rude and smarmy.Do not reccomend this company.

I have tried several plumbing companies lately, but Richard Eoff from E.L. Smith Plumbing was fair, reasonable, responsive, explained how to most cost-effectively fix my problem and made me feel I can trust this company with my business. True customer service that did not try to upsell me in repairs!!
