Used them for many projects over past couple of years--replaced hot water heater, installed new water softener, replaced washing machine supply line faucets, replaced bathtub drain/spout/ball parts, and roughed-in supply lines and drain for utility sink in garage. Getting estimate for routing gas line to kitchen for kitchen remodel. I very much appreciate tradesmen who know what they are doing. Shawn is an excellent plumber. I always ask for him specifically--he's that good.

From my initial appointment to the completion of work this company was “by far” my best plumbing experience thus far. Joe was my service advisor and was he heaven sent, true professional and explained every detail so I could understand plumbers lingo, he truly saved the day! Btw: pricing was the lowest of 4 comparable companies! Trust on this one, this is your complete any!!!

Unprofessional, incorrect information given by operator on initial call. Didn’t fix the issue with the first visit, had to come out again and wanted to charge an additional amount for something that was still broken. Peter and his helper that came out today didn’t even want to stay to try and help the issue while I was on the line with the operator trying to understand the wrong quote given on the phone. During which, the guys outside were in a hurry to leave and didn’t want to wait while we sorted out the price details. When Travis, the owner, called after the fact he said that the operator doesn’t have the correct information because she isn’t the technician. Hmm, but she is the front line of your company right? He wanted to argue and be unprofessional. I understand it’s Christmas Eve, people want to be home with their families but do not give out incorrect information to begin with, don’t schedule your workers to work when the don’t want to and don’t argue with customers *after* the fact. I am well aware that “services aren’t free” as Travis so *professionally* stated, but if the issue is still not working after they’ve attempted to fix the drain with a snake (even though we told them we already did that), a little ownership and good business ownership should at least be felt and offered try to help the situation and understand where the customer is coming from instead of arguing to try and keep their pride.

One more great experience with this company. My issue was not easy to diagnose, but my tech spent the required time to figure it out. On top of his excellent technical skills, he was extremely courteous and friendly. Once he found the issue he made a sound recommendation and didn't push anything I didn't need.

Roy Adame was amazing, showed up and immediately diagnosed system plus gave me options long term and short term, I was able to make an informed decision because of his expertise. I can't wait for Goettl to continue to service my equipment at my house and my parents nearby

This company was able to help me. The pricing was perfect and the customer service was above perfect. They gained a customer for live with me I work in retail so service is a big deal to me. Love this company. Carlos is wonderful. Great service and reasonable prices. I don't remember ever having to leave a message...your phone call is actually answered. Today, I called my wonderful (LOL) home warranty company to fix my leaky faucet. They assigned a plumber for the repair work. I called the company this afternoon and was told their first available appointment was Friday. I called Carlos, which I should have done in the first place, and told him my house was on the market and I had to turn down a showing because of my plumbing problem. He was very sympathetic and, as promised, his dad was at my house within an hour and my plumbing problem was solved! Thanks much for your wonderful customer service and for caring about your customers' satisfaction.

A guy named Toby came out and took a total of 6 minutes to change out an expansion valve coupler. No leak was present. I asked about military discount and they stated it depends on the cost to repair. This company advertised military discount on website not MILITARY DISCOUNT DEPENDS ON PRICE. Horrible experience with Toby and he stated that if we want to close on house needs to be done by licenced plumber. He charged a total of 386 dollars. I am furious of the dollar amount Over Priced and that they falsely advertise Military Discount and they don't honor it.

I would highly recommend 2nd opinion for all of your plumbing needs. Especially during these trying times, their response time was quick and the services were finished each project within a reasonable time limit. I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. Jo Ann
