Matthew Harrington was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem (an unnecessary filter cracked and allowed water leakage) and repaired it on the spot! Did I mention it was midnight on a Sunday morning?We have taken advantage of our membership with BlueFrog. The service has paid for itself several times over.Amazing work for this company, as usual.

Doug came out very knowledgeable with a great attitude and personality. He quickly diagnosed my situation, offered recommendations, and immediately got to work. When the work was complete the triple checked everything and offered suggestions to ensure the long term health my plumbing system. Recommend 110%!!

Tietze sent someone out as soon as available. I called today, they said tomorrow, I got today when a plumber became available. Every other plumber I called was 2 or 3 weeks out on their calendar. Sam came and unclogged our drain. The price was very fair for all the time he took to do it. AND the company sent me a text with Sam's picture and rating before he came out! How cool is that?! So I knew who would show up without being tricked by some random creeper showing up at my door. I greatly appreciated that feature. I will be using Tietze again if I have another plumbing issue.

Awful experience. Lack of cooperation to help the customer. If you pay on your own they are willing to help but if you have insurance they won’t do nothing to help solve the problem Ms. Lidia in the office is only concerned about getting paid and not helping the customers. A job that another company solve for me in 20 minutes and only charge me $150 dollars. While Lidia kept me waiting 3 hole days to tell me anothe 3 hole days for them to make a diagnosis. I do not recommend this company. Having a plumbing problem is an emergency and for this company it is more important to leave at 5 pm than to serve .

I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again

Had a VERY difficult time getting an itemized statements for work done. Someone by the name of Mary even asked me why do I need them. Finally resolved by Office Mgr. Ralph was very courteous, clean and we have requested his return each time. Hope not to have problem going forward.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.

We have used Moos Plumbing on several occasions... I called early am and spoke to Kelly about our blocked kitchen drain. She dispatched our excellent plumber Jim who arrived within 30 minutes. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He told us what the issue was, what he needed to do to address it and the cost involved and went straight to work. He also left our kitchen sink area and beneath cleaner than he found it. A job well done! Thank you Jim... and Kelly and Arnold Moos Plumbing!!

We... speaking for Atascosa County, Pleasanton Texas are in short supply of Plumbers and so need Plumbers here.... I wish some could be sent here or move here after completing their course they'd be booked for weeks or months if they opened a business for themselves. Even before the freeze hit we were in short supply. Does anyone come this way to do repair jobs.... Oh how we need Plumbers

8/3/21 10:12 AM:We had a pipe break in the night and this place said they provided 24 hour service. We called and they said they could not come until 8 am, and by this time I had already turned the water off and it was almost mid-night so I reluctantly agreed. The plumber did not show up until almost 10 am and told me that it was not a pipe but a valve just needed to be replaced. He quoted me $287 to replace the valve. The valve was $8 and easily accessed, the work would have taken less approximately 15-30 minutes (Plumbers numbers). So I questioned the price. I told him that $100 to $150 seemed more reasonable for less than an hours work and a cheap part including the overhead costs for coming to my home. Keep in mind the visit cost $60 regardless to cover OH and the other $40 to $90 would cover the part and labor. He then chose to debate it with me so I told him thank you but not thank you. He continued to want to argue about it until I told him to quit arguing and leave.Update 8/3/21 11:20 AMI decided to take the compression valve off the copper tube to take to Lowes to get a replacement. When I took it off it looked in great condition so I just took off the old plumbers tape and put new tape on it and re-installed it. It took 10 minutes top with most of that getting my tool bag from the shed. This company was going to charge me $287 to re-tape and tighten a compression valve.
