Mike came and did a fireplace inspection, and water heater flush and plumbing inspection. Since I recently bought my home I was unfamiliar with how to use the fireplace. He showed me how to operate it and talked me through every part of each inspection and was very patient to answer all my questions which helped me feel more comfortable knowing more about my new home. Can't say enough about how thorough and patient he was!

My house is 75 years old. I am located in an area that has large lots. I called three other plumbers and 1st Call was not only the best price but was the only company that could start asap. They replaced the gas line going to my home and inside my home. They were wonderful. They worked with my complicated work schedule during the holiday season. All of their employees were so pleasant and professional. They were wonderful at communication also. I have already recommended them to several people. They will be my go to from now on.

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. Today we had our old a/c replaced, we went with Aramendia as we had used them in the past and we were pleased. Your techs Ryan and Art arrived and were highly professional and answered all our questions and were very patient with us. They went about their business very professionly. I was aghast that only two people could install an entire system in just a few hours, but they did. We were so impressed by their knowledge and professional we opted to buy them lunch, though it took some goading. All in all it was a great experience. Nothing but praise for Ryan and Art.

We contacted Legend Plumbing about a leaking shower faucet. They gave us a quote upfront and explained the necessary repairs. After replacing the shower handles, stems and diverter, we noticed a small leak from the tub spout. So, they sent someone the next day to address the issue. Very responsive. We have utilized Anchor Plumbing services several times over the last 5 months- once for a leak repair and for a 2nd level new water heater installation. Dakota was present for both our repairs and was the utmost professional; clear about the issues, solutions & charges. Most recently, Dakota, Alex & Chris assisted us with a new hot water heater on our 2nd level. We prophylactically changed it since it was past due for replacing (11 yr old). They were responsive to our calls/texts, came by to assess the situation and installed our new water heater the same day. The guys are awesome, #1 they answered the phone!!!, #2 They arrived when they said they would and called several times on the way to my house. They were fast and had the most current and not so current technical knowledge ( my house is a little older). They explained everything and the pricing was upfront no surprises. The were very polite even though I was going through a a breakdown, and my house was in chaos!!
