I cannot give enough thank you's to Rob Veilleux and his partner Gage for an absolutely fantastic job they did in repairing the leak from my water heater. They were quick, very courteous and most importantly such a reasonable charge for their services. From their dispatcher to the service performed I have been very much impressed. Hope I don't need services anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call. They should have been my 1st Call. They will be in the future. Thanks a million guys!!!

This was our second time to use City Base Plumbing, and we will always go back to them. Their plumbers are extremely polite, professional, proficient, and knowledgeable. Angel and Rigo came to our house and were exceptional. There is never a sales pitch nor pressure to spend more money and do bigger jobs, and they offer discounted pricing to repeat customers. My mother had a problem with her water pressure and Marc and his brother came out and changed their schedule to repair it right away. They were awesome and knowledgeable and explained everything to us before and during the repair. They went above and beyond any other company we previously dealt with. Excellent service. Marco Barrera was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was kind and courteous. He cleaned up the work area before he left. He explained what he worked on, and told me when another service appointment would be. Also, whoever the dispatcher was when I called last month for this appointment was very kind and caring.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Manny G and Robert R did an amazing job replacing our hvac system. They both went above and beyond. They were so polite and very respectful. They left their work area cleaner than they found it. (Thanks to us having 4 cats and a dog, lots of fur. ?) Robert even took the time to say hello to our senior dog. Both were knowledgeable and explained what to expect after they were done. They answered any question we had. They stayed longer than we expected, which was much appreciated. They were supposed to start this evening and finish in the morning, but stayed to complete the job. My family and I are so grateful for that. My daughter came out of her room and told us that she could actually feel the cool air now! I told my husband that that was the true test as to how good our new system was. We now having a working system that has already made our home feel more comfortable. Thank you for the great job and I would highly recommend everyone use this wonderful company. 100% A+!!!!

I am so thankful for this company. We called last minute on a Sunday and Tito was so helpful and was ready to head out to me right away. He came and was so professional and honest. He walked us through every step he did and explained what is best for us to do, and not do in a sitiruation like this, which is amazing because most companies won't do that at all. His prices are also very decent for his work and for it being so last minute, so far out, and on a Sunday!Very very nice man and very professional, and patient. Experts for reasonable price. Great company.

While the technician who came out was courteous and professional, topped off the refrigerant as we suspected we needed, when he left our air conditioner ran twice as loud as it previously had. We called to see if they would send another technician out to fix it, and they had someone out that evening. However, he informed us it would be another $30 charge to diagnose the problem, and was completely unrelated to anything the previous technician had done. Before we had had someone come out, our air conditioner ran quietly and the only problem was that it wasn't running as cool as it should. When he left, we had a whole new problem, and now are woken up in the middle of the night when our ac comes on. Never had this problem before and it seems like quite a coincidence.

I have had many experiences with different plumbing companies, but I will say that this one is up there in ratings! They were very professional and they went above and beyond what other companies have done. The technicians Eli and Joseph were very polite and friendly . They took the time to explain everything during the whole process. It is evident that they are very knowledgeable. If I had to have another plumbing service performed, I will call them definitely!

We needed a gas line run from our basement up to the kitchen for a gas range. Everything went well. We got scheduled and they were very professional. They was explained everything very well and was a dream to work with. We could not have been happier. We would definitely hire Legend Plumbing again.

Great quick and responsive.

We hired Anchor Plumbing to replace a water heater and install a water softener system. They arrived on time, did the work and were done ahead of schedule, leaving a very clean work site. There was minimal interruption in the water service to the house (I had filled extra buckets to use but they weren't needed.) The installers were very professional and courteous, we were very pleased with it all, including the price! Would highly recommend them and plan on using them for another project in the near future.

Update 9/20/2022:Because of the great job they did I talking my gas water heater, we used them again today to help instal our new Water Softener! Once again, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will not hesitate to give them a call if my homes need any plumbing services again.My next-door neighbor used them as well (last week) to install his new toilets and haul away the old ones. Great job there too!———————————————————-09/09/2022Omega did a heck of a job today! I’m very glad I choose to hire a pro team to install my new water heater. Jerel and Albert are very friendly and professional. They helped explain my situation and thankfully have the expertise to make sure I’m taken care of.Unfortunately for me, my water softener failure is what accelerated the water heater to go bad. I’ll be using Omega to instal my new water softener as well.Highly recommend and will definitely give them a call if I ever have any plumbing issues.
