Best Plumbing Supply in San Antonio TX

Had a leak between the city meter and my house. Water was going into the street. They fixed the leak and brought the connection up to code. Showed up on time ready to go to work.

The company I feel is solid. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off as far as pricing goes. They were super helpful when they came out to replace my water heater same day, so I called them again when I had a pipe leak in my yard. For this issue unfortunately the guys had to come out twice because the problem was in two places. Brandon & Gilbert came out both times & took care of us. I'm super grateful for this because I didn't have explain any issues & Brandon made sure to take care of said issues. If we continue to receive this level of service we will continue to use this company for sure.

Aaron explained everything to us, answered all questions, and got us set up for a water softener. Aaron didn't try to sell us us something we didn't need. He is professional and personable. Dont know about this company, ive never called them and they called me by name? I find that disturbing. Then when i called them back said the # im calling is not in working. So no i dont not trust them.

I had two objectives and both were taken care professionally. A new toilet was replaced quickly and properly. The bigger task was to replace the main sewer line from the house to the city sewer. Both Raul and George did great work while providing me with all the information I needed as the work progressed. They were very courteous had always carried a smile. The work entailed the removal of large limestone rocks as they cut through the ground. The hole was replaced by fresh dirt so as not to crack the new pipeline. Great crew and they didn’t stop work until the job was done.The cost was the best from Salvador after receiving three separate bids. All in all, I strongly recommend Roto Rooter and hope you’re as lucky as I was in being served by this great team.Armando Polanco

Technicians had all supplies they needed and knowledge and experience was extensive. Job was promptly done. Will definitely contact them in future!

The workers that provided this service were neat and careful about things we had requested because we have pets. They were early to work, they were busy the whole time and they knew what they were doing. Excellent job!

The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced.
