Best Plumbing Supply in San Antonio TX

I called two other plumbing companies and neither one called me back for days. I left a message on George Plumbing's phone and had a call back within 5 minutes and an appointment. for the next morning. The men were on time and had my drains unclogged in half an hour and the price was less than anticipated. Thanks to all of you for such great service.

JJ and Oscar came out for a minor issue with my tripped garbage disposal causing my sink to not drain. They explained everything precisely, gave me great recommendations and fixed the issue in under 5 minutes. I'm a fan for life - thanks for the great customer service letting me know when the plumbers would be out (about 2 hours earlier than expected!) and thanks for the knowledgable techs!

With one call, I had an appointment in a little over an hour, on a hot Texas Sunday evening in July. I was sent a text with the facts, name and photo of the tech who would be dispatched. I was advised He would arrive in 30 minutes and he was on time. Fabian Salazar was personable, polite and very re assuring. My knee injury prevented me from going upstairs, He immediately assessed the problem and took pictures with his phone. He explained what needed to done and showed me what we were dealing with. He provided me with options and a solution I could afford. He went above and beyond, and far exceeded my expectations. When I saw my total due, I was both surprised and impressed. Fabian is a caring, true professional, who did an exceptional job! I will recommend him to my family, my friends and my neighbors. This man deserves a raise and recognition for being a tremendous asset to your company. My family and I thank you for a difficult job well done!

Very responsive plumbing service! Answered on Christmas Eve and fit me into their schedule for day after Christmas- called ahead to let me know they were coming, too! Brian diagnosed the problem pretty quick (was even willing to go into crawl space under house), and saved the rest of our Christmas vacation. Recommend!

Donny came quickly even though I was told by the dispatcher that a technician would come early afternoon and I would receive a call 30 minutes before he arrived. He was at the door at 11am and finished within an hour. He cleared the clog from the kitchen drain and made sure to leave a contact number if his services were needed again. Since my husband and I are in our seventies and he is unable to walk, Donny's help was tremendous.

We had a plumbing issue and decided to call this company. They were prompt in setting up an appointment to come take a look for no charge.We had journeyman Virgilio come take a look and explain what he thought the issue was and give us an estimate for the work to be done.He did the work and kept us informed and answered any questions we had. The job was finished in a timely manner and he fixed the issue at a reasonable price. We thought he did a great job all around.This was a good experience and our first time using this company. We would definitely call them again if we have future issues.

Update 9/20/2022:Because of the great job they did I talking my gas water heater, we used them again today to help instal our new Water Softener! Once again, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will not hesitate to give them a call if my homes need any plumbing services again.My next-door neighbor used them as well (last week) to install his new toilets and haul away the old ones. Jerel and Albert are very friendly and professional. They helped explain my situation and thankfully have the expertise to make sure I’m taken care of.Unfortunately for me, my water softener failure is what accelerated the water heater to go bad. I’ll be using Omega to instal my new water softener as well.Highly recommend and will definitely give them a call if I ever have any plumbing issues.
