George Plumbing sent over Will and Nathan to fix a yard leak. They were fantastic...Copper line located among large multi-trunk crepe myrtles near water meter had a hole and existing pressure relief valve was broken so psi varied wildly with and without adjustment. They gave me estimated quote substantially lower than other plumber (who tried to upsell me on work I didn't need) and final bill was lower than esitmate because it took them less time than anticipated ... Replaced a section of copper pipe with flexible pipe that could move with root growth and replaced the pressure relief valve. Everything tidy and they had me inspect their work at every stage. They put cover back over the valve and placed pea gravel (extra I had in garage) inside and under valve so mud would not cake around the valve. Very happy with this company!!

They are pleasant, friendly and clean after themselves after the installation of a rotten disposal they removed it with patience and clean around the area . I’d recommend them to anybody. I have worked with many of the JR Plumbing guys but today I had the privilege of having Eric and Andrew. They went above and beyond. They were on time, they were friendly and nice, informative and supportive, and just took more time than any of the other workers they have sent out my way! Roto-Rooter was able to service us the same day we called at a very quick response time. We had great service from Randell who worked hard and fast to get our water back on and leaks fixed. He explained what he needed to do and the cost of the work with very a reasonable quote. We will definitely use them again!

She was very friendly and I appreciated her transparency with me throughout the process, especially when it came to scheduling in the crazy time when we all needed plumbers here in San Antonio. David was exceptional as well. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. David listened to what I wanted in the job and got it done right when he said he would. Guarantee plumbing “cleared” a blockage for us in January only to find out that they only pushed back the blockage deeper into the drain line and now we cannot use our shower. We called to inform them but they are wanting to charge us anyway. This is a service they did not fix and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We spent over $800 for them to fix our issue only to cause another problem. Very disappointed with this company. Do not use them unless you want to waste your money.

I wish they gave me a coupon or something for my review like other service companies, but I feel compelled to write one anyway as this is the 3rd HVAC repair company I have tried in San Antonio and they were by far the best. I won't say the other companies names but I tried one of the biggest companies in SA the first time and a company run by one man the second time. The tech I called from the big company cussed in front of me, bad mouthed the home inspector, and charged me around $400 to replace a $20 part that ultimately needed to be replaced a few months later as they didn't diagnose the issue correctly. The guy that runs his own company wasn't friendly at all and when I asked him questions about what he was soldering/brazing he seemed offended and instead of answering my question told me that I was free to inspect his work after he was done (I was interested because I tried to do the repair myself and couldn't, so I wanted to see how the professionals did it). The techs from Comfort Air took the time to explain everything and they were friendly. They also got to my house very quickly. Oh, and the dispatcher was nice as well. After my first two experiences I was legitimately convinced that the HVAC repair industry was a total scam but you guys have restored my faith. Thank you!!!!

Dealing with plumber can be very tedious in many occasions. However working with San Antonio plumbing was exactly the opposite. They came when they said they would and the plumber Armando was awesome. Armando installed new garbage disposal in no time flat and left my kitchen looking exactly like it was before he came.

I called Elite plumbing after a mishap with the water softener breaking and resin coming through the pipes and clogging the shower and toilet. They were quick to respond and came out sooner than expected. They were quick to identify the problems, communicated with me every step of the way as far as what needed repairing and cost. Replaced master bath toilet after eighteen years. Joseph Gutierrez and asst are excellent. Three or four years ago they changed out the water heater. Already have plans for other two toilets and disposal after first of year. Big shout out also to the young lady answering the phone and starting the whole process. Anchor Plumbing just does it right at a fair price.

Love this company. Carlos is wonderful. Great service and reasonable prices. I don't remember ever having to leave a message...your phone call is actually answered. Today, I called my wonderful (LOL) home warranty company to fix my leaky faucet. They assigned a plumber for the repair work. I called the company this afternoon and was told their first available appointment was Friday. I called Carlos, which I should have done in the first place, and told him my house was on the market and I had to turn down a showing because of my plumbing problem. He was very sympathetic and, as promised, his dad was at my house within an hour and my plumbing problem was solved!
