Everything was explained and thoughtfully considered to ensure the job was done while keeping the cost as low as possible. This includes the water abatement company Mitch recommended. Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

More like ruder ruder , they never showed up for our appointment. I called multiple times and their dispatch was just as confused. I waited 6 hours looking out my window, never again lol.

Paid an expensive hourly rate for a tech to chisel out a hole in my stone wall with a hammer and screwdriver. No power tools on the truck apparently. Charged me $700 to put a hole in my wall on both sides and tell me they weren’t able to find the problem. They proposed to continue tearing up the house to locate the leak at the same rate. I stopped them there to assess what we should do next. They then left me for days with an active leak running out my wall without a follow up or recommendation. Repeated calls sometimes found the receptionist who would promise me Roland would call me. Roland never called me, refused to call me even after expressing my frustration of no communication. Finally I called his tech (Joe) who came through and tried to help me out out of sheer goodness in spite of his company. I hired a separate company to easily locate the problem and still gave Rolands an opportunity to fix it. Their quote came in at triple what I ended up paying for a superior plumber who did a better job than they were proposing. New guys opened a different hole in about 5 min what Rolands guys charged me something like 3 hours to do by hand with a screwdriver. Roland will not admit to mistakes, will not call you back, will not try to help you out. They have no leak detection equipment. Every tech I have had come to my house has been great, he has good workers, so I left 2 stars as I appreciate that. I’ve had success in the past with them clearing my clean out line and another small job. But they charge too much for what they do, there’s better plumbers out there for less. I would never have written this review if Roland or someone else would have just tried to communicate instead of leaving me stranded. His techs should have rescheduled if they didn’t have the necessary tools for the job (I overheard them stating they lacked them) instead of gouging me hourly. And Roland should have owned up to that and given me some slack on the repair quote. I hope the office stops telling customers Roland will call them back for fear it will cause someone an aneurysm ?.

Worst plumbing company here in San Antonio.

Roofers had punctured the coolant line right before Labor Day weekend. Called Comfort and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule so I would not have to go the holiday weekend with no cool air. Technician was very helpful and professional.

We used Bryco to replace a hot water heater and then again for plumbing changes with our kitchen and bathroom remodels. They come out quickly and on time, are very courteous and respectful of your home. With our remodel, several plumbers showed up as they finished other jobs so they could complete our plumbing needs. Pricing is good and we will continue using Bryco for any other plumbing issues.

awesome guys, they removed my garbage disposal (which is a pain in the butt). took them about 20 mins. They were so kind they even put in my new doggie door. :-) Thank You Barraza Plumbing.

Armando was professional and walked us through everything. Very good communication. He helped us understand the leak issue and the work he was doing to repair it. I was very glad San Antonio plumbing was able to get us serviced the same day. I will definitely use them in the future.

While they are quick and professional, they were at my house for literallly 1 minute for and ultra simple
Fix and still charged me an hour labor. Would recommend a larger company that would of just charged the service call fee or 25.00 dollars.

I had Mason and Dakota come today to repair a small leak and replace a water heater. These guys were super-courteous, offered explanations, invited questions, and did a fantastic job.If I have work that needs to be done I’d definitely trust these guys to come again.

If I could give a negative review, I would...Over the phone so rude and wouldnt listen to the issue I was having...Just kept talking about more money per hour and more money for parts and labor....Well DUH, didnt think it was going to be for FREE...
