Today Shawn came to clear a pipe and install a new water softener. He called ahead, was on time and worked efficiently, leaving a spotless workplace. I particularly appreciate how he patiently walked me through the operation of our the water softener. Like his assistant Matt, Shawn was courteous and skilled. Thanks so much.

I’m very pleased with Will’s All Pro Plumbing. Our old water heater quit at a bad time. We were tight on a budget but replacing the old water heater was the better option vs. fixing the old one. They were willing to work with us and dropped the price a bit. We had the water heater installed the same day. The person was very professional. I recommend this place.

They made an appointment never showed up. 3 to 4 days waited on them canceled with them and we will never call them again. We called a different company came 30min after we called them and problem solved. And alot cheaper too.

The owner Travis and his crew clearly explained to us what our problem was, and options we had to fix it. They were prompt, courteous and had very fair prices. I'll definitely use them again or refer them to friends!

After paying the $98 service fee just to have them come to my property, they told me they would have to rip up the foundation in my garage, living room, and under the water heater. They said I would have to buy a new water heater as well. They quoted it would cost about $7,600. What they didn't tell me, was that I could call someone to detect the leak to prevent all the foundation damage. They were not knowledgeable and used scare tactics to try to scam me. After calling another friendly plumber, that didn't have a service fee, the friendly plumber told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem for so much cheaper! After J.C. left, my hot water wasn't working. It took me a while to figure out they turned off my hot water heater and didn't turn it back on. I'm sad to leave such a bad review, but hindsight, they are dishonest scammers. Or just dumb, I don't know.

My experience with Rotor-Rooter was great! I contacted them about my master bathroom toilet backing up into my shower, so they sent somebody over at the most convenient time for me. They used a camera to show me that my sewer pipes were cracked from multiple locations. I was shocked and upset, but I was walked through the process of contacting my insurance co. to file a claim. A couple of days later my insurance co. denies my claim, which made me feel very distraught. Again, I was helped by a plumber,John, from Rotor-Rooter to get financing for the work that needed to be done on my plumbing. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend Rotor-Rooter to all my friends and family!

I was very impressed with the work Pedro with Plumbing Dawgs performed for me. I picked the company among many others based on the excellent reviews and I am pleased to be able to add another. They had excellent communication with scheduling and knew how to repair a toilet flange that was way beyond my capability. The fact that Pedro is a master plumber and really knows what he is doing gave me great comfort. He is my plumber for life and I won't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family!

Discovered water leaking in my kitchen on a Friday night. A+ San Antonio 's Best Plumbers was able to come out the next day- they called to communicate the timeline and were on time. Technician quickly found source of the leak and then performed a great plumbing leak repair. Very professional and affordable. I felt like the price was more than reasonable for the service.

Had to replace my whole HVAC ystem. Ken( (one of the representatives) made the process of financing very simple. He was very honest in the information that he gave me to help me decide which system to get in my home that would be beneficial for my family and I. The installation process went smoothly as well. The technicians showed me all the ins and outs to my new system. I pray I won't have to get a new HVAC system for a long time

I was stood up by another plumber on a Saturday am. I had waited all week long for it to be fixed. Being frustrated, I Reached out on Facebook only to be given this company’s name by the owner himself and several others. The owner corresponded several times with me via Facebook and come to find out he was at the gym working out. To me that is dedication!!! We were told that our pipes had collapsed under the foundation by other people. (1970 home). I opted to pay the higher price for the weekend rate as I had been without a washer for a week. This company came out realized it was just clogged pipes and fixed the pipes destroyed by the other plumber. I am very particular about my things and so was Joseph the one on call today. I look forward to using these guys again if I have any more plumbing issues. Highly recommend.
