Cleared a sewer line blockage in order to run a camera into the line to determine the location of the actual cause of the blockage and what would be required to correct the problem.Excellent Service. Shawn and Matt were true professionals. They called in advance as the said they would. They arrived within in the time frame that was quoted. I was able to ask questions about the work before they started work and they explained what they were doing and more importantly why they were doing it. This made me feel very comfortable with the work they were doing, which help me understand the situation better. Once the blockage had been removed, they showed us the camera images so we could actually see what the problem they were referring to and better understand what was needed to correct the problem. Shawn provided a detailed invoice of the problem and what would be required to fix the problem. The office is forwarding a pdf of the images from the camera for our files, which will be needed for the repairs. If you have plumbing issues, I highly recommend Shawn and Matt.

David and Rigo were awesome I had a gas leak was red tagged by CPS my gas was locked out. All other plumber’s wanted way too much just to start however City Base Plumbing came out and gave me 3 estimates which helped me pick the best and affordable solution for my budget came out on time did the job and was even cheaper then the estimate these guy's are trustworthy honest and reliable 5 stars

Tsanko is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. No more leaks at my house!

Mr. Ronnie Garrett provided great customer service along with a pleasant demeanor. He was prompt and took the time to explain to me the process of what he was going to do, the steps, and answered any questions in between. He and his partner worked fast and efficiently! As a woman who isn't knowledgeable about plumbing I can say that I felt confident in his honest feedback and suggestions (not like I was being swindled). Called them for no hot water. They came the same morning to evaluate and found it leaking. Recommended a replacement. The price isn't the cheapest, but the replacement work is well done and completed by the same afternoon. The plumber is skilled and friendly.

Had a VERY difficult time getting an itemized statements for work done. Someone by the name of Mary even asked me why do I need them. Finally resolved by Office Mgr. Ralph was very courteous, clean and we have requested his return each time. Hope not to have problem going forward.

I can not say enough good things about Henry. He was Awesome and went over all of my concerns with such knowledge and made me feel so much better, since I have had bad experiences in the past he really put my mind at ease and his Apprentice Taylor was amazing as well.
