Found Caliente Hot Water through Angies list. They contacted me quickly and scheduled a visit. My water heater was out. Ryan came over and checked water heater and went over the new code requirements. My wife and I also wanted a quote for installing a new water softner system. Again Ryan went over all the requirements. We had a couple other estimates and Caliente's estimate was the lowest and the warranties were the best. Ryan and co-worker worked hard and installed a new reverse osmosis system at kitchen sink, new water softner system in garage including the new loop outside, and the new water heater all in one day. Great job done. The overall price was affordable. I will recommend Caliente Hot Water to family and friends.

First time homeowners and we had our first major issue. Sewer water backed up into our guest bathtub and it was a mess. Found John on the nextdoor app-he came HIGHLY recommended from my neighbors-so we gave him a call. He was courteous, prompt and professional. Gave me the price over the phone and found/fixed the issue in no time. He worked in the pouring rain to get us back to normal. I am so grateful to have found an honest and reasonable plumber who took the time to educate us along the way. Thank you John Gill!!

Called J.C. Enriquez Plumbing to come out and replace a toilet and had it scheduled for Sunday Morning. Sunday came with an early morning rainstorm so they canceled stating flash floods in the area. Rescheduled for the following Saturday morning expecting things to be done as agreed. Saturday morning came which resulted in a no show and no call. I called them at the end of the scheduled 4 hour window and was greeted with a voice mailbox that was full. Unprofessional. I wasted time thinking this mom and pop business was legit. I will not be making that mistake again.

We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.

From Tony Dominguez with repairing my water leak, to David B. with repairing outside pipes and installation of a water softener, and Jesus Gloria with helping me out uncover the need for a new AC unit (which I had been putting off for quite some time).
