Okay, here’s my story, last night I came home and noticed water on our garage floor. I pretty much knew it was my water heater and the tank broke and I would need a replacement water heater. Well, that night I contacted a reputable company and they came out and confirmed what I knew and gave me a bid. I thought OMG this is awfully high (my last water heater cost me about $700). We’ll, the following morning I got another bid from a well known company and it was $500 more than the previous one. Then I called Gill’s Plumbing and they promptly came out and gave me a bid and it was in line with my first bid. I went with John Gill and I’m so happy I did. They were so professional and you could tell they were perfectionist and the work they did was amazing. Yeah, it was pretty expensive but now that I see the finished job, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I would not hesitate to recommend John for any plumbing issues. I admire his professionalism and dedication to his customers. Please give Gill’s Plumbing an opportunity to bid on your next job. You won’t regret it.

I had a great experience with J.C. Enriquez Plumbing. Their team installed a new water heater in my home, and the service was exceptional. They were courteous, skilled, and completed the job on time. I'm extremely satisfied with their work and would gladly hire them again.

The driver almost side swiped me, cut me off and then proceeded to tail gate another vehicle. Anyone who lacks self control while other lives are involved i would assume also wouldn’t provide quality service.

Recently, I have relied on Guarantee Plumbing and AC, Inc. to perform some plumbing work, appliance installation and clogged sewer main. In both instances, the professional staff did excellent work for a reasonable price. They called to let me know when they would be arriving and were punctual. I will definitely use Guarantee Plumbing & AC, Inc. for any future requirements.

I gave them 2 stars because they were able to set an appointment for the next day ( for today) and were friendly on the phone. I ONLY gave them 2 stars because they never showed up to said appointment. We moved our schedules around to accomodate their 4 hr window but no one showed up or even called to say they wouldn't make it. I hope this isn't reflective of future appointments or their labor work.

Great company. I had originally called a different company on Monday to only have to wait till Wednesday for them to tell me that they couldn’t make it. Goetti came out two hours before they had projected and on the day that I called. We were able to get everything taken care of in an hour and will have a new system in by tomorrow! Billy was very professional and knew his stuff. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We called on a Friday afternoon when the air conditioner stopped working. Our technician Irelynn was there quickly and took care of it, taking the time to explain the problem and discuss options and solving the problem fast. Really appreciate Irelynn's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail! And our house is cool again!

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.
