Dominic and Joe came out and fixed up my water pressure problem for me! They were really easy to work and schedule with (even though my schedule is crazy) and they got the work done quickly AND for $200 less than the competition. Thanks guys!

We have used Comfort Air - Primo Plumbing for years - very trustworthy company - have taken care of us and fixed our air conditioner when it went out in the middle of summer - didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. Had them install a tankless water heater in our attic - best decision- I highly recommend this company - I will continue to be a loyal customer

Sam showed up to the house and was communicating with me VIA text the entire time. He did a VERY through detailed inspection. I'm the type of person who asks 100 questions and follow along while they do their work. Sam answered all of my questions and why everything was the way it was. All in all u will definitely be using them again.

I keep getting emails to write a review, don't like writing bad reviews but here it goes. When i called i was told the service fee of $ 29.00 was to let me know what was wrong. Well the Tech came out charged me just to tell me that if i wanted to know what was wrong he would have to charge me 225.00 an hour. So I asked for an estimate to install a new system and was told someone else would have to come back out. I did not see the point of having to pay their service fee when all he said was If i wanted to know what was wrong i would end up paying by the hour. I have been waiting for the estimate but just gave up already. The good thing about the entire process was the tech was on time.

They arrived on time to begin the installation and informed me of the progress as each point in the process was reached. Installation crew was very friendly and professional. Installation manager came by towards end and was very informative on the products and services that were purchased. Would highly recommend this company.

When the service techs arrived they addressed the problem immediately and replaced the old model with a newer upgraded model within a couple hours.
