Best Leaks Testing in San Antonio TX

There are cheaper options, but you definitely get what you pay for with these guys! I got an HVAC Inspection scheduled for the day after calling to set up an appointment. Fabian was the epitome of professionalism: on time and very approachable, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and gave me several different options that I could choose from, and he was able to come back the next day to do the actual maintenance. You can just tell he's an upstanding guy. Dude is seriously best friend material. 10/10 would hire again.

Replaced my water cutoff valve next to water meter. Techs were both very responsive and explained step by step on the repair needed. Chris was professional as well as helper I believe his name was Joseph. They were very timely in the repair.

Paid an expensive hourly rate for a tech to chisel out a hole in my stone wall with a hammer and screwdriver. No power tools on the truck apparently. Charged me $700 to put a hole in my wall on both sides and tell me they weren’t able to find the problem. They proposed to continue tearing up the house to locate the leak at the same rate. I stopped them there to assess what we should do next. They then left me for days with an active leak running out my wall without a follow up or recommendation. Repeated calls sometimes found the receptionist who would promise me Roland would call me. Roland never called me, refused to call me even after expressing my frustration of no communication. Finally I called his tech (Joe) who came through and tried to help me out out of sheer goodness in spite of his company. I hired a separate company to easily locate the problem and still gave Rolands an opportunity to fix it. Their quote came in at triple what I ended up paying for a superior plumber who did a better job than they were proposing. New guys opened a different hole in about 5 min what Rolands guys charged me something like 3 hours to do by hand with a screwdriver. Roland will not admit to mistakes, will not call you back, will not try to help you out. They have no leak detection equipment. Every tech I have had come to my house has been great, he has good workers, so I left 2 stars as I appreciate that. I’ve had success in the past with them clearing my clean out line and another small job. But they charge too much for what they do, there’s better plumbers out there for less. I would never have written this review if Roland or someone else would have just tried to communicate instead of leaving me stranded. His techs should have rescheduled if they didn’t have the necessary tools for the job (I overheard them stating they lacked them) instead of gouging me hourly. And Roland should have owned up to that and given me some slack on the repair quote. I hope the office stops telling customers Roland will call them back for fear it will cause someone an aneurysm ?.

I would definitely use them again. Very professional and knowledgeable. Job was completed in a timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with the over all experience. Highly recommend them for all your pumbing needs.

Efficient, professional and friendly

Had these guys install an entire ac/furnace system. My old ac system was 20 years old and some of the duct work needed replacing too. Everything is in working order and system works BUT they left a huge hole open into the ceiling. The furnace/ac pipes up to the ceiling but all around it, is just an open hole that allows the hot air in the attic into the house. The small closet with the ac/furnace has now grown mold and I feel that their install job was rushed with little regard to customer full satisfaction .

Very professional!

Had a sink clog up so I called these guys. A big guy with a large toolbelt came in and got under the cabinet and went straight to work. It was the usual buttcra*k kind of scenario with these plumbers, so I recommend leaving the room. So while it's not a pretty view and I heard a few toots (bean/cheese tacos for breakfast?), he still got that sink pipe slapped back together and I can once again hawk loogies into the drain. Lucas was wonderful adjusted the system and I can tell the difference and he only left 15 minutes ago!!!Great communication!!!!! You always know what is going on, from when you call in for service, your appointment set, they call to remind you, call if tech is running late, call when tech is on the way. Once technician is on sight introduces themselves, listens to what your complaint is, they inspect, diagnosed and then they give you several options to choose from being from just the Band-Aid on it to keep it going or to fix it totally and everything in-between.

Brandon Adkins came out to our home to deal with noises from pipes and also helped by tacking on an impromptu request by us to deal with clogged drains. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The price for services were reasonable for services rendered.

Daryl, our technician had 20 years of experience and actually knew what he was doing. What a difference knowledge can make. Our Heat works, our Thermostat (Nest) which we were told does not work anymore- works!

I had Cecilio who came to my home since my a/c had been leaking. He not only solved my problem but did more than I expected. We shared how we are going to be selling our home soon and even told us about certain things we might want to fix now so it doesn’t lower our cost of our home later. Overall amazing service!

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

I discovered a leak on the side of my house and called Mr. Plumber. It turned out to be a complicated job but Michael was up to the task. In spite of the complications, he managed to find a cost-effective solution to a rather large issue. Alex and Michael did a great job installing the new main line and the water heater. Additionally, they did a couple of extra touches like removing old spigots, insulating, etc. I appreciated Michael calling later on that day to ensure everything was working as it should. I will continue to use Mr. Plumber and recommend them for any plumbing services.

We Contacted Jerry's during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We haven't even been able to have him service our home-cause it's still snowing- but I'm posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when I'm certain he is NOT hurting for work.
