Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

Please be very careful when working with Roto-Rooter. I wanted a quote to replace my galvanized pipes and they gave me a quote that was quite extreme of 19k. A second company came onsite and confirmed that I didn't actually have any galvanized pipes connected to the system. Possibly because they spent more than five minutes looking at the issue. I also asked them to check my sewer line and the supervisor was more helpful and allowed me to look into the sewer line for free. This review does not go towards the supervisor, he quoted me 8k and the other company confirmed that the sewer line issue was real. I was also charged a fee of $100 for the tech to come out and check the plumbing incorrectly for 10 minutes.

I found Caliente Hot Water on Home Advisor. Rick contacted me after hours in regards to my water heater issue. He provided me with a detailed quote and answered all the questions I had. Rick showed up on time with all the equipment necessary to complete the water heater install. The install went as expected and took less than the two-hours estimated. Rick explained to me how to properly maintain the water heater and provided me with a 6-year warranty. I would recommend Caliente Hot Water to my family and friends.

Thank God for Joe and his team they were very professional and push thru to get my disable sister water service to her home. The job entailed having to dig 100 ft on the back yard and digging 9 ft down replacing all the clay piping. If you have a plumbing problem this family owned business is the company to use. This is a complete sham of a plumbing company. They plumbed my new home construction & it’s never functioned properly. They refuse to stand behind their service & product. If I could give them zero stars I would! Stay away; find someone else before you become their next victim.

Great service by AAA Auger. Quick response time...my plumber Ruben showed up just a few hours after I made the call for an appointment. He was very professional and did a great job clearing my drain pipes. I highly recommend AAA Auger and will request to have Ruben for any future plumbing needs.

Despite being ultra busy, they came within several hours. Orlando and his assistant soon found the leak and quickly repaired it.

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.
