I needed a leak fixed and the gentleman never came at the time we scheduled or even gave the courtesy to say he wasn't coming at all.

I chose this company because of all the great reviews found online. I was not disappointed. I had a plumbing leak and was able to have a technician at my house is a very short period of time. Sam was very thorough and professional and made me feel very confident in the repairs being done. I will definitely use them again.

Chris and his team are top notch plumbers with a positive can do attitude. The Texas February 2021 freeze prove to be a challenge for most of us Southern Texans. If it were not for this team of professionals we would have been without water for a week plus instead of three days. You can count on these guys to take care of your home by wearing cleaning booties over their boots and cleaning up after the repairs. High quality work who earn repeat business.

After paying the $98 service fee just to have them come to my property, they told me they would have to rip up the foundation in my garage, living room, and under the water heater. They said I would have to buy a new water heater as well. They quoted it would cost about $7,600. What they didn't tell me, was that I could call someone to detect the leak to prevent all the foundation damage. They were not knowledgeable and used scare tactics to try to scam me. After calling another friendly plumber, that didn't have a service fee, the friendly plumber told me exactly what I needed to do to fix the problem for so much cheaper! After J.C. left, my hot water wasn't working. It took me a while to figure out they turned off my hot water heater and didn't turn it back on. I'm sad to leave such a bad review, but hindsight, they are dishonest scammers. Or just dumb, I don't know.

Had a leak from water filter system install. That company had claimed to have repaired leak. Abel repaired both inlet & outlet lines that were leaking. He also found previous repairs & reran a new line from the water meter. Explained everything in detail as he and another young man worked on the lines. Pointed out a broken cover for the water meter & advised me to contact saws to repair. Pricing was much lower then anticipated. 5 out of 5 jalapños! Will highly recommend :)

The technicians arrived well prepared and explained all that work that was going to be performed. They took their time and installed a new toilet without any complications. This is the first this my Dad and I use J.R.'s Plumbing. I will highly recommend them to family and friends. Keep up the great work !!!

This company is ethical, respectful and knows their plumbing. My washing machine drain pipe was backing up and leaking water throughout the house. I contacted several plumbers for estimates who quotes me 2 or even 3 times as much for a simple snaking down the drain. Chavarria's Plumbing emergency prices (to come in the weekend) were still 1/2 the price of their competitors. Not only did they resolved the issues but they were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you get a quote from them before deciding on which plumber to choose. Odds are you're getting overcharged somewhere else. Thank you Nathan and team at Chavarria's Plumbing for helping when no one else seemed to care.

I called them out to clear two clogged toliets. The first guy couldn't clear it so they sent out a supervisor to check why the first guy couldn't clear it and then they sent another guy out to clear it but he couldn't also. At the end they still charged me the $245 the amount for clearing the clogged toliets and they blamed me for them not being able to clear the clogs. Very bad experience I had to end up hiring another company to do the work and they were able to fix what roto rooter couldn't.

Very responsive in scheduling and showed up exactly when they told me they would. Talked me through all the repairs and were very thorough in explaining what needed to be fixed now and what could be improved in the future. Would definitely use these guys again

These guys were great. For hundreds less than others, they cleared my main line out to the sewer. Easy. Simple. Like it should be. No price gouging or trickery. They are my new go-to.
