Mitch came out to snake out our kitchen sink, once you get to talk to this man, you get that feeling of knowing you found the right person, not only did he replace our water heater, he also ran new piping and connectors to ensure we wouldnt have any other issues as the existing pipes were a little outdated, dont waste your time looking for anybody else. William Northington was a very polite, knowledgeable technician. He explained what and how it needed to be done and accomplished it very quickly. He also gave me a recommendation on how to cure my high water pressure which we will do at a later time. I now have 2 new outside faucets and leaks have ceased. He also made sure I had an easy to use handle on the one I use the most which is very nice for a senior citizen like myself. Thanks William for a job well done.

Alamo Plumbing helped me with a camera inspection and let me tell ya, they use state of the art equipment. I work in Construction so I was very impressed that they were reasonably priced even when compared with my own contacts in construction! Most importantly, they knew how to work on my behalf to SAWS and because of them the City's contractor has to redo the sewer main up to my yard. Ricardo and Freddy came by my home and did a fabulous job with fixing the whining noises with my toliet and they also fixed the leak behind my hot water heater. Fantastic work!! I would highly recommend them!!

We were having hot water heater issues, water wasn't heating in any of the showers or sinks. Figured this old water heater was in need of replacement. Called a more visible, well-known company out for a quote. They came in, looked around and told me it needed replacement and some outside work that would have required digging up the yard. Quote was over $2,400. I needed to get another bid to compare, so I Googled and found Chavarria's Plumbing. They were able to send technician Nathan over within a couple of hours. Nathan came in, noticed that the thermostat setting was off and the exhaust pipe wasn't aligned correctly. He corrected it and told me it should resolve the issue. I told him if it didn't resolve it, how much would a replacement cost and he ballparked it at around $1400 parts and labor. I asked him what the charge was for him coming out and he said No charge. We don't do any work that's not necessary or sell customers anything they don't need. I was stunned by his honesty. Problem has been resolved. The water is steaming hot and it didn't cost me a penny. You never know what you're gonna get when you call a service company blindly like that, but I can tell you Chavarria's Plumbing is the ONLY company I'll be calling in the future for any plumbing repairs. Kudos to the company owners for employing such honest, helpful individuals. I will recommend Chavarria's Plumbing to anyone in need.

I have been a Roto-Rooter customer for a few years now. Each time I've called them for services, I've always been provided the best service from them time the Technician comes to the door to the time they leave. Jose Quirino was very professional and provided additional recommendations that I needed. I am so thankful and grateful that he solved my issues in a timely matter. I had an outside faucet leak. Chris Posada and Isaiah Ramirez were here within 90 minutes. They were polite and did an outstanding job. They cleaned the area. They also replaced my old toilet with a new water saver one. I always use Aramendia Plumbing for all my plumbing needed. Great job guys.

Mr. Victor Pacheco was awesome!!! I had a constant leak, which he found because I had no idea where the leak was coming from. Victor P. also did another pipe that was repaired two days earlier and compared to Victor P., this previous plumber was an amateur, Victor P. made that pipe job look very professional with his expertise. Also too, he fixed my bathroom lavatory sink, which was calked up with calcium buildup....there is not enough word justice that I can credit him for his patience, knowledge and professionalism. I have never met a plumber like this before and I was just simply amazed. Normally, plumbers are so uncouth and just a detriment to their profession but not Mr. Victor Pacheco. Mr. Victor was VERY PROFESSIONAL. He even diagnosed the issues with my kitchen sink. I know who I'm going to call and it's AAA Auger for Mr. Victor Pacheco. To Yolanda, whom set this technician to my house, thank you....you've made a customer for life.

I was an angry customer, and they resolved my issue and left me satisfied. I will call them again (if they'll accept my call).I had to have Bryco out twice within a week. The first time, our toilet had a sewer smell, so the plumber took off the toilet, replaced the wax ring, and reset the toilet 3 different times to ensure it was stable and didn't rock.One week later, that toilet backed up. Since it was after-hours, we had to have the emergency call, at a cost of $370.This is why I took one star off; Roto-Rooter augered the very same toilet only a few months ago, and charged $150 at 9pm; Will-Fix-It and Beyer Boys quoted me around the same price ($170-175) that time, as well. I didn't call either of them this time, because I figured it made sense the work of resetting the toilet multiple times caused some of the wax ring to fall into the pipe, which is where the clog came from; I am certain it should not have been clogged, since the bathroom is hardly used and the drain was augered so recently.So, I called Bryco back, and they sent another plumber team.Unfortunately, they didn't agree with me that the work done last week brought the need for the return visit, and took my card info to run the $370. I called first thing the next morning (and didn't get the name of the guy I spoke to), and we had a round-and-round that resulted in him agreeing not to charge my card.So, what could have been a 1 star review became a 4 star review. I am not sure they're happy with the resolution, but I am (of course). And since they were straightforward and listened to me, and agreed not to charge my card, I am comfortable calling them again for a scheduled appointment.
