Doug and Lee were both responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting our water, garbage disposal, and under sink water filtration lines before and after the countertops, sink, and faucets were replaced. Additionally, Lee replaced a faulty connection that prevented our new dishwasher from being installed the day before. We could have had the plumber provided by Home Depot do the repair free of charge, but opted to have Lee do the job. We trust the superb quality of this company’s workmanship and valued our peace of mind in knowing the job would be done right the first time.In this time of covid19 running rampant throughout the world, we appreciated Doug and Lee wearing a mask and shoecovers while in our house. My water softener broke and the carbon and resin clogged my water lines to the house. Mitchdiagnosed the problem and was determined to get the job done! Other companies were called but he was the only one willing to understand my financial situation and did all he could to meet my financial needs. Not only did he get the job done but also saved me money! He is understanding and is willing to help out in anyway. Highly recommended!

We haven't had running water since November and we finally decided to call City Base Plumbing once we had enough money saved up. They sent Angel over and he was able to find the problem, run a quick test, and get our water running within an hour. Called in the evening, plumber was here first thing in the morning. Johnny came and gave a fair price for work and repair and even took the time to explain to me what he was doing and how to fix any repairs in future. He was professional and courtesy. Will us this company again

I actually called Dave to get a second opinion after the first plumber I called looked at a backed up toilet and said the sewer line needed replacing. Of the 3 plumbers I called for a quote, Dave did the most thorough job of assessing what needed to be done, including climbing on the house to assess thru the vent pipe (only plumber who did that) and running a camera thru the sewer line. He did the best job of explaining why so much work was needed on this 70 year old house, so since he seemed to really know what he was doing and cared a lot about doing a good job (and he had many great reviews), I asked him to do the work.It was a large job, involving clearing roots from a very large pecan tree some idiot planted years ago 24 inches from the house right where the drain line comes out from the house at the bathroom. In addition to removing very large roots, the job included trenching all the way across the backyard and through a 33ft cement slab to the city sewer tie-in in the alley. He gave me a reasonable quote based on the others I had, and a tentative timeline, depending on any surprises that might come up. His quote was neither the highest nor the lowest. He knows his stuff and cars about his work.Each day he started by letting me know what he hoped to get done that day, each day he finished by telling me how it went. At the beginning, he said that getting thru the slab to finish the trench might run into more expense if there were any deep ribs of cement to go through. Turns out there were deeper ribs, but he nevertheless kept the project on budget. He finished on time (2 week+ project) and at the quoted price. Cleanup was impeccable, the work was excellent, his subcontractors did great work, and he communicates very well.I absolutely will call People's Choice plumping for any other plumbing work I need done!

After seeing all the positive reviews on Facebook, decided to give them a call when we had an issue with our water heater. Talk about fast service! From the time we called them until the time they came was less than an hour. Carlos was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He followed all Covid protocols to ensure his safety and mine. He provided me with detailed information on our specific concerns and also provided me with suggestions on questions I had regarding our water heater. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the level of service, Carlos' professionalism and the cost of services was very reasonable.

The guys are awesome, #1 they answered the phone!!!, #2 They arrived when they said they would and called several times on the way to my house. They were fast and had the most current and not so current technical knowledge ( my house is a little older). They explained everything and the pricing was upfront no surprises. The were very polite even though I was going through a a breakdown, and my house was in chaos!! It did not phase them, They were the best in my time of need and I have used them twice in the last month!!
