I absolutely had the best service by Jon Jon and Pedro and by the big bosses who gave us a free estimate. We called on a weekday at 8 am and they came to our house at 9 am same day to give us the free estimate and gave us the right amount of info and a great quote. They offer many warranties as well. We decided to use them and made an appointment quickly. They cleaned up all their mess and was careful to keep an eye out on our dog as she wanted to go outside. I’m very happy with City Base Plumbing and I know others will, too.

Roland’s Plumbing sent out a couple of gentlemen to our home to look at a gas line installation. They provided us with quote which my husband approved. Based on the work they were to do, we had an electrical company come out to move things around so Roland’s Plumbing could run the line and install a gas line fixture. The DAY BEFORE the work was to initiate Roland had one of his guys call my husband to let him know they were canceling and did not want to do the work, with no further explanation. My husband called Roland to ask why...he has yet to return his phone call and give him the courtesy of a full explanation. If he didn’t think he could do the work, then at the very least he should have been honest and tell us upfront instead of having us spend money to accommodate what they needed to get the job done. Very unprofessional is an understatement.

Extremely unprofessional came out and charged 350 to dig one foot of 16x16 and gave me a story that it was going to be over 2k dlls to fix, luckily my neighbor saw everything and told them not to do anything , called another company that charged 120 to do the repair , which was minor. If you dont know anything about plumbing these guys can really rip you off. I was very fortunate in this situation. would never call them again, & I recommend you skip this company if you have plumbing problems.

Ronnie showed up with 30 minutes of my call. Fixed what I needed promptly and did it cheaper than most other plumbers in town. Great service.

I called them up and they were quick to respond and send someone out. Not only are their employees friendly, but they also take the time to explain in detail what is happening and how to fix the problem.I have used them 3 times already, and they will definitely be the first ones I call when I need plumber done.A+

I would never recommend Guarantee Plumbing. They charged $350 to unstop my mother's sink and then wanted another $2,700 to replace a drain line. The plumber was slow, piddled around and acted like he didn't know how to use a snake. She got the drain line replaced for $1,500.

Had an emergency call out on the weekend, that stemmed from work they had performed that week. However; they were prompt and apologized for the error.

Had a sink clog up so I called these guys. A big guy with a large toolbelt came in and got under the cabinet and went straight to work. It was the usual buttcra*k kind of scenario with these plumbers, so I recommend leaving the room. So while it's not a pretty view and I heard a few toots (bean/cheese tacos for breakfast?), he still got that sink pipe slapped back together and I can once again hawk loogies into the drain. I have had many experiences with different plumbing companies, but I will say that this one is up there in ratings! They were very professional and they went above and beyond what other companies have done. The technicians Eli and Joseph were very polite and friendly . They took the time to explain everything during the whole process. It is evident that they are very knowledgeable. If I had to have another plumbing service performed, I will call them definitely!

Rene is an awesome person to work with he immediately got on my issue and is very fairly priced. Every step of the way i was infromed of the issues that were going on and they were delt with quickly and the staff is truly a blessing. I wouldnt go with anyone else for any plumbing issues. Great service. Adam and Mason were professional, friendly, and super helpful with any questions we had. Even provided advice on other plumbing equipment without pushing for a sale. Highly recommend and will use again.

Update 9/20/2022:Because of the great job they did I talking my gas water heater, we used them again today to help instal our new Water Softener! Once again, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will not hesitate to give them a call if my homes need any plumbing services again.My next-door neighbor used them as well (last week) to install his new toilets and haul away the old ones. Great job there too!———————————————————-09/09/2022Omega did a heck of a job today! I’m very glad I choose to hire a pro team to install my new water heater. Jerel and Albert are very friendly and professional. They helped explain my situation and thankfully have the expertise to make sure I’m taken care of.Unfortunately for me, my water softener failure is what accelerated the water heater to go bad. I’ll be using Omega to instal my new water softener as well.Highly recommend and will definitely give them a call if I ever have any plumbing issues.

100% best experience I've ever had with a service company. I submitted my request online, next morning had a call and scheduled an appointment same day. I was having issues with temperature control and air quality. The quote from another seemed high but when Mario showed up from Evenflow, he proved even more options and had Mike come out (an Air Duct pro) to give his suggestion as well. They were also a lower quote for the Remi Halo than the prior quote I received. From the customer service to the professionalism, 110% reccomend! Great company!!!!
