They are all super professional and friendly. Though it shouldn't be, I feel like that's rare these days so it matters to me. Cody came out and installed a new water softener for us and was very thorough in explaining everything so I had no questions when he left. Will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. Called 3 places this was the best one. Gave me estimate over phone and other one wouldn't. Gave me a short window of time to wait. Satiago their Master Plumber was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We actually paid less than estimate we got on phone. We will be using them again in the future.

Our pipes had busted in our yard and we knew something was wrong but couldn't narrow it down. Due to weather and frequent rain, we had to wait for the sun to harder the ground. They were able to dig up the old pipes and we were able to see our background in a different light. The workers were friendly and advised us along the way. Communication was difficult during the project. Unexpected delays and calling back in a timely manner. Overall we are happy with the final product.

If Roto-Rooter will allow me to call out these same two men each and every time I have a problem they will be my go to company from this point on. Jeff and Ronny were bad ass!I found a leak New Years Eve and was looking for anyone that would come out. It was freezing temperatures and the two of them came out when I called Roto-Rooter. It was to dark to begin the work but they already had ideas and were working the problem in their heads. They agreed to come out first thing the next morning to get started and the temperature was going to drop further. We agreed to a 9am start and that was all it took. Next morning they were on time without having to call around and they jumped right into the work. They found the problem and made adjustments to prevent future leaks that went beyond just repairing the break.The two of them were every bit of the word professional and I cant thank them and Roto-Rooter enough for responding on a holiday weekend in freezing temperatures for an outside leak.

We had a leak last night around 10pm. Shut off the water and called out AAA Auger to put in a service request. Dan Shuck arrived at 8am this morning. He was attentive and asked all the right questions to get to the bottom of the issue. He walked my husband through the repair and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. We highly recommend Dan and the AAA Auger team!

Responded to our call same day. Able to come by 4 hours earlier that originally indicated. Technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything, showed me the problem, explained the pricing, and completed the work. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great job!
