Best Kitchen Plumbing Leak in San Antonio TX

Called to fix a water heater. Were very respectable and on time. They replaced a heating coil and hot water was back for about two days, then out again. After calling them back, they said electrical wasn't reaching the heater, and I needed to call an electrician. Turned out they replaced the coil with one drawing too much wattage, which caused my breaker box to fry. Took an electrician and another plumber to restore hot water and fix my electrical panel. I didn't give them a chance to make the error right, because I didn't trust them back in my house.

To start, Uryss M. got back to us on Yelp within 5 minutes...after standard working hours. They were professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. Mitch came to our home exactly when they said he would. He was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything regarding our home's plumbing, he was very friendly with our three dogs! He gave us a prompt and accurate estimate, and went way beyond expectations. He did the work immediately following diagnostic, and he finished the work brilliantly! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

William Northington was a very polite, knowledgeable technician. He explained what and how it needed to be done and accomplished it very quickly. He also gave me a recommendation on how to cure my high water pressure which we will do at a later time. I now have 2 new outside faucets and leaks have ceased. He also made sure I had an easy to use handle on the one I use the most which is very nice for a senior citizen like myself. Thanks William for a job well done.

Chris came out to give us a very reasonable estimate on replacing and installation of a new water heater. Very friendly and professional. Wally came out to install our new water heater and completed the work in a timely manner, was very professional and friendly as well. We appreciate the great service and reasonable pricing!

I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. Thank you to Eddie, Marc and Chris. They did excellent work. Came in, identified the issues, fixed the PRV and expansion tank. They replaced my entire hot water pipes as they were the wrong pipe material and leaking everywhere. Should last a while and lower the water bill.

HORRIBLE!!! They came to my home to look at a water leak and bent my faucet and scratched my sink. When I called to complain, he didn't want to take responsibility. He said the person who installed it must have bent it DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Had a leak from water filter system install. That company had claimed to have repaired leak. Abel repaired both inlet & outlet lines that were leaking. He also found previous repairs & reran a new line from the water meter. Explained everything in detail as he and another young man worked on the lines. Pointed out a broken cover for the water meter & advised me to contact saws to repair. Pricing was much lower then anticipated. 5 out of 5 jalapños! Will highly recommend :)

They removed and replaced all of my gas lines from the meter to the house and appliances. Although there was a bump or two in the road, none were due to Alamo Plumbing. They dealt with them and stayed on top of them with all professionalism, and Santiago kept me informed step by step. I would recommend them highly, and use them again in a heartbeat!

Russell and Steve are the best plumbers in town! If you need a plumber call them, they'll take care of you and be fair!

As dismaying as it was to have to replace two residential water heaters, Chavarria's two servicemen were the best and made the whole thing more than tolerable. They were extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated their patience as I asked 100 questions. They also made sure they cleaned up any mess. Pricing was fair. While I hope we never need plumbing services again, we're keeping Chavarria's number close at hand.
