Update: A month after getting a new ac and heating unit we had problems when a cold front came in and we found out we did not have heat. Mario came back out and troubleshooted the system. He figured out the problem and got the heat on. He insured us that a crew will be out the following week to do new wiring throughout our system to have proper connections. Grateful for the honest work.Our AC went out and we called this company Sunday morning. Mario came out and reviewed our entire ac and heating system. He took pictures and showed us what he could fix now and what has been repaired before. He gave us all the information we needed and we had many options with in our budget to get our AC back up and running.

We had a water heater issue. Jon from City Base came out and was awesome! He explained everything and gave us various options to choose from. Fantastic service.

The plumber, Brian Bell, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in good detail and he took the time to answer our questions. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the cost. Their rates seem pretty high but we were very satisfied with the professionalism of Mr. Bell.

When it comes to water heater installations, J.C. Enriquez Plumbing is the best in town. They installed a new water heater in my home flawlessly, and it's been working perfectly ever since. Their technicians are skilled, efficient, and provide outstanding customer service. I'm a happy customer!

Reasonable price. Professional service. Took extra caution and replaced new heater that he had just installed. It appeared to have a leak even though he knew the attached faucet was loose and stopped leaking once tightened. He wanted me to have peace of mind and got the unit replaced. Great customer service. I am a very happy customer!

I had a water leak in the morning and David was able to come by later that same day to fix it. They kept me updated via calls and texts and once they showed up were able to identify and resolve the issue quickly.

These actions established strong credibility for this company.Chris was the gentleman's who performed the high-quality work. Not only did he do outstanding work, but he educated me on the situation, and provided tips on keeping my water heater properly maintained throughout the year. Without a doubt, this is the gentleman I want working on my unit every time!Results are positive...Murray plumbing took a same day call, got my water heater working again within 5 hours of the call, and treated me like my issue was the most important of the day. That is true service and I thank them very much!

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.
