Mitch with Red Brass Plumbing was honest, fast and did quality work. He explained what our options were and the costs of replacing our water heater. I went with him because of the great reviews on Google; and, I felt good about the fact he was a professional (licenced) plumber.I've used the larger companies and they were constantly trying to upsell me.Mitch and his wife Amy, kept on top of his appointments and I received auto updates when Mitch would arrive via text (very nice feature). I would definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing needs you have.

Came out quickly. Our technician (Sonny) was curteous and finished the job fast. Explained the problem and all of our options. He went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.Our heater went out in the middle of a cold spell and we were in need of a speedy repair. Even though our unit was 15 years old he was able to patch it up. Really enjoyed the quality service. Would recommend.

Our toilet flooded some time while we were out of town. I did a quick search and found Roto-Rooter. I Called the company, got in touch with Brian and Ronnie within minutes. They arrived to my home within shortly after. Immediately they began working on my home no questions asked. Ronnie arranged for my valuables to be packed and stored. After my home was restored they unpacked all my contents and even dealt with the insurance company on their end. I am so thankful I found them!!!! Ronnie took care of everything!!! This is a company you can trust!!!! I give them A+++

Second time I used this business & once again impressed by the quality of service. Water leak, broken fixture. They got to us fast. David is friendly and efficient, his office staff is terrific in scheduling and follow up. Highly recommend. We esp appreciated the care they took in covering their faces and minimizing contact/exposure during covid19 period. Nice people who care about their customers.

Anchor plumbing was on time (actually got to us a day earlier which was great), courteous, and very professional. The owner and his crew were very polite and honest. Fixed and issue with our toilet and installed a pressure regulator. Will definitely use them again ?
