Best Install New Plumbing Fixtures in San Antonio TX

Just a few words to say now pleased I was with the work that was done by the crew of Premier Plumbing. I needed new sewer lines and they were prompt, professional and fine in their pricing and they did a great job. I never felt that I was being gouged or taken advantage of in any way... I will definitely use Premier for any future needs. I want to thank the entire crew for all their hard work in dealing with this messy problem. Thanks again guys!!!

BG Plumbing was a very good experience. This gentleman did a great job at a very reasonable price. He had every opportunity to suggest services that I did not need. He was very honest and refused unneeded work. I will definitely use this plumber again.

Caliente completed an outstanding job in repairing a broken pipe due to recent hard freeze in February 2021. After fixing the pipe they completed a thorough check of inside of my residence to ensure there were no other broken pipes. Thanks to Justin and Sebastian for a professional job. Job Well Done!! John was scheduled to come Saturday morning. He called me Friday afternoon that he could come Friday evening instead since he was in the area. He explained everything he was doing and answered my questions. He had everything he needed with him. He and his assistant were professional and friendly. Price was reasonable. Will use him in the future.

Charged $300 for fifteen minutes of simple drain clog, asked for a cash discount was refused, wouldn't even go back to them for warranty rather pay somebody else.

We had a bad leak on the side of our house during the freeze in San Antonio and after waiting for four days for another plumber and being stood up and calling several other plumbers that couldn't get to us for at least 5 more days Chavarria's had a plumber at our house in 2 hours and our water running in 3 at a fair price. I highly recommend this company it's hard to find a good honest plumber especially in a time like this.

I would NOT recommend this company. This past year I bought a water heater maintenance agreement. The agreement stated they would check water pressure and flush the water heater twice during the year. They came out in December 2017 and August 2018. My water heater burst on November 27, 2018. I bought this agreement specifically to avoid this problem. The plumber who came to replace (NOT Guarantee Plumbing) showed us pictures of how the water heater had been leaking for quite some time. It was pretty bad. There was even duct work that wasn't placed correctly. They also told us our water pressure was high. The plumber from Guarantee Plumbing never told us there was a leak or even that there were problems with the pressure! What a waste of money! This same plumber came out because I was having problems with the shower head, it was making a loud noise when turned on. All he did was turn on the shower and said it needed to be replaced. I paid him for coming down and he lost the check. He didn't even give me a receipt. The office however did bill me and I had to put a stop payment on the check originally given to plumber. I am extremely upset at the incompetence. There is no pride in their work, the company obviously doesn't care who they hire. The reason we got the maintenance agreement was so that it was maintained properly. They failed us in that regard. Needless to say, I will not be using Guarantee Plumbing services ever again. The service agreement is a joke. I have lost confidence and trust in the company.By the way, the only reason they get one star is their receptionist who answers the phone. She is really good at her job.Deeply disappointed.

Gabe was our tech. On time, ready to work. Replaced a shut off valve, installed a new valve. Replaced a Reverse Osmosis unitTricky as a few curves thrown in. Didnt faze Gabe. Checked for leaks and operation of unit. Anything with water can be a challenge, Gabe was patient and knowledgeable.Thanks Plumb smart,thanks Gabe.Blair McMurray.

Professional, fast, reliable, and people of good character. We shopped around and receive 4 quotes for our whole house repipe. Only Anchor's (Paul) quote included innovative and less invasive strategies that made the whole project better for our old 1950's home (less internal demolition, though still some). Brandon and Mason were as polite and accommodating as one could ask for, in addition to being highly skilled problem solvers. The huge project that involved replacing the main water line, all pipes in the house, adding a water softener and adding a reverse osmosis filter, happened exactly on the budget and timeline proposed. This despite it being a tricky old house in several ways. I would do it again and recommend them completely.

This was an absolute phenomenal company to work with! He was extremely comfortable and articulate. He was able to break-down the process fluently and simply enough for someone who doesn’t understand much about plumbing. I had an issue with a major leak from my upstairs bathroom and they were able to come out extremely quickly and fixed everything in a timely manner. We love Joaquin and will continue to do business with Andre’s Pro Plumbing as long as we live in San Antonio!

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.
