I've worked with Mitch from Red Brass plumbing for years as our first-call plumber. We hired him for a variety of jobs, mostly complete re-plumbing of entire rooms / houses. He is always punctual, dependable, upfront about the cost of jobs, and offers a variety of solutions to problems. Very professional service.

They were very professional. I received texts confirming my appointment, sent a picture of the service representative, and let me know when he would be there. He fixed a leak and the pressure valve on the water line to the house and checked out my water softener, which turned out has reached the end of its life. All my options were fully explained and multiple options were provided. I did not feel I was being “sold” on anything. I would highly recommend Caliente if you have a plumbing need.

Very professional with all services. Went above and beyond when checking the water heater and toilet leak. Have used them before and will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

Got a return call from Daniel and he arrived quick and worked hard until my toilet was unclogged. The price is fair too! Very happy with this company!!

We had a bad leak on the side of our house during the freeze in San Antonio and after waiting for four days for another plumber and being stood up and calling several other plumbers that couldn't get to us for at least 5 more days Chavarria's had a plumber at our house in 2 hours and our water running in 3 at a fair price. I highly recommend this company it's hard to find a good honest plumber especially in a time like this.

Billy and camdon came to my house because I have water leak and I thought it was the air conditioner however Billy climbed to the corner of the attic space to try and find it luckily he didn’t fall through. He got his plumbing department on the phone immodestly. Then he checked our heater out using his electronic meters.I would have them back in the future and I would recommend them to my friends.Jehad came by today and service was consistent and what I would expect from this company. Five stars!!

Jesse did a great job in a timely fashion. He was very kind and respectful. He helped fix my issue in no time and was able to tell me what the problem was! Very knowledgeable. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend.

Dakota and Alex we on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and kept me informed every step of the way. Additionally, the company sent me a picture and a bio of them before coming over so I knew who to expect. I would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Technician arrived on time to do a tuneup of our air conditioner. He did a good job and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He was courteous and professional.

Carlos was great! I had leaking angle stops under my bathroom sink and he was able to replace them quickly and reduce the amount of damage done. He even referred me to a remediator to see if there was damage done to my walls and ceiling. He was in and out within an hour. Will definitely have them come out for any other issues I have in the future!Price= parts for 2 replacements and kit $51.96 & labor $115 for an hour.

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

So we had a leak, Insuranxe tells us to shut off water ASAP. We called AAA Plumbing to shut off main water line but they couldn't find anyone fast enough. Hubby finds the line closes it. Jesse/Toby show up find leak in the wall, but before cutting the wall he needs $547. cut wall, price is now $10k.As we wait for Ins. approval, another plumber fixes it for under $200.Don't use AAA Plumbing clearly they sub-contract. Not all are credible.
